I have literally watched this 20 times. I’m not easily impressed, and this house has blown me away! Absolutely amazing, and a huge congrats to the team that put this house and marketing together!!
Thank You Devin!
After almost three years this house still make me happy.
One of the most beautiful properties I have ever seen. Perfection...😉
Thank You Vera
Airtight construction and top grade materials, nailed the details too. Congratulations, its extraordinary.
Beautifully designed home, i love the fireplace and the fact that this home has some internal walls, i personally don't like homes that are too open plan. Also love the view of the mountains, i could look at them all day, it must be quite calming and spiritual to be living in a home with beautiful mountains in the distance.
Absolutely gorgeous!! Hoping to own something like this one day!
I’ve watched this like 10 times dreaming!
12 for me lol
Thank You very much!
I adore this home❤
Holy enchilada Batman . . this is a casa - supreme . . and of course . . it's sold!
Very beautiful! And I would love to live in Palm Springs.
Stunning, especially fine-tuned to the setting!
OMGosh. Didn't expect the interiors...judging by the exterior. AMAZING.
Masterpiece!
like the outdoor furniture. House is gorgeous !!
What an absolutely faboulas mid-century modern design house. I wouldn't build in the crazy state of California but would build a house like this in Arizona. Love the 14 foot high ceilings. ❤
California crazy? Well yes we are, footing the bill for welfare states such as AZ and the rest of red America ...... also its “fabulous” but being the “ educated” sane person you are....you knew that already....
@@davidsnow791 lol goteem!
California's gross domestic product is poised to overtake Germany's as the fourth largest economy in the world after the US, China and Japan. That "crazy state of California" must be doing something right.
If this is not paradise I don’t know what is 😍😍
A total Palm Springs stunner!! It totally reminds of a miniature version of some of the homes at Madison Club in La Quinta. The only issue I would have is Palm Springs always has dust in the air, and it would be a hell of a job keeping all those whites white. Other than that, I’m in love!
#PalmSprings ❤️
Most white furniture is “performance fabric” now, meaning you can wipe it clean. Performance fabric is synthetic with fantastic finishes to mimic everything from canvas to velvet to chenille. It is life changing stuff.
Still love everything about this house
This house is beautifully done.
we need Enes Yilmazer to do a complete full tour please asap can someone tag him in the comments
He doesn't like touring this kind of houses
@@peggy7732 I prefer this to all the over priced homes he tours each to their own.....I love this home
@@MrKiwispirit I love these kinds too but ever since his channel started taking off he started touring those overpriced mansions when I actually enjoy these kinds of houses
This is me me me. I'm gonna download this. And watch it again and again. I love the layout . I'm not a big fan of open plan homes. It feels really homely and not like a decorated hall. You are the best!!
This is bloody beautiful I’ve watched many video home tours this home by far is one of my all time favourites absolutely stunning. I watched the entire video without forwarding is there a full tour of this property on UA-cam
I feel the same way about this fabulous MID-CENTURY modern architecture. Maybe we will get lucky in our next life and each of us will have a a house like this.
@@rubencohen2936 fingers crossed mate put it out to the universe I hope we are lucky in this life you never know!
@@MrKiwispirit l believe in a higher power and sometimes there are no coincidences.
Stunning Home 💗
love the outdoor landscaping
And all's I need is to win the Lottery! Awesome place!

Stunning!
Lovely home 🏡
Gorgeous home
Beautiful design!
Lovely ,,,,,,
I could live there!!!!
Awesome ❤️❤️❤️
Yes please. 🌞
This is amazing. I'd love to work with the designers of this home. Build it in another state.
In california it's worth millions, in mississippi it's worth 50k... Lol
Wait, the kitchen's window/glass along sink, counter top is total sliding?!?! Beautiful home. So clean. :))
this house confuses me.. are supposed to walk on the side of the water feature and hope not to fall in?
houses like this built for entertainement yet everything= white fabric. having a party there or any company will be a disaster. and the water feature with heels....
Ok Michael Scott
Must be sober at all times.
it converts into a hot tub..... :) or a koi pond
@@darrellq6954 open the door and you find a hot tub...lol
I want one..
dream home
i love these type of homes so beautiful clean simple yet stylish!
Amazing, especially loved the entrance . Do you know who the architect is? Thank you 😊
Exquisite
Is that regular concrete? It looks very polished and clean.
superbe maison moderne
Nice
nice place
i'd fall into that water after every night out lol
LOL...same
@lolz476 There are doors so you could close it off. 😂
🔥
a bit too much white for me... but the style and layout is just perfect!
Anyone know what the floors are made of?
Did it come with a FT maid/pool boy?
Funny that they would post a listing on 12/9 that had already been SOLD on 11/29
An example of someones beautiful work is always good advertisement.
love it, price?
If anyone can tell me what kind of tree is in the middle of the backyard I would be grateful :)
@@DA-wx9oz Thanks! I suppose that makes sense ;)
Nice pad.
😍😍😍😍😍
Any street in Pam Springs that starts with "north" = extreme winds - all that patio furniture will end up in the pool along with several inches of near by sand and dirt.
Palm Springs gets hotter than Death Valley in summer. Plus gets very windy, reason why there are so many windmills nearby. Two reasons why I would not consider living there.
😍
how is the ac there? i know palm springs hits the mid 120s in the summer
No it doesn’t get that high.
@@ellenkern8509 can confirm, I've experienced 126f
How much is it ?I guess 2m?
The water/pond in the entrance is stupid, nothing but problems
I love your honesty.
Do you have problems with your bathtub?
If you look closely you will be able to close it off with glass doors that surround it, in this video they are shown open.
Can anyone enlighten me why would you want to spend 4.495 million to buy a house with zero view in the middle of the desert?
View? It’s all about that mountain. Come visit.
The clean desert air, the beautiful mountains and the spectacular sunsets.
With that $$$ u can buy a nice 4bed 4 bath house in Manhattan beach ca
People that buy a home like this have multiple homes and probably some with great views. This home is for that LA Canyon rich person with a killer view who wants to drive into Palm Springs for the weekend and cocoon as well as experience the Palm Springs nightlife....
Architect's contact PLEASE?
love it except for the huge waste of space water feature right when you go in the front door. What is the purpose of that? So stupid.
THE ONE
Why is this popping up on my feed,. I guess they haven’t seen my bank account. .lol..Beautiful house though. Thx&see ya😀
Beautiful house but need more colour to make it a home.
Agree. Maybe cushions, rugs and throws in the same colour, a strong colour.
What is the price?
how much? i'm assuming it's less expensive being in Palm Springs.
Less expensive and Palm Springs don't belong in the same sentence....
@@tempestmkiv lol well said
4.495 million - on redfin
😂😂😂
Not for kids
I think that might be the point haha
East coast person speaking here.... Exactly how do you keep birds, bugs, pollen and incests out of a house like this? As well as uninvited guest of the two legged verity????
I’m curious how to keep “incests” out too. Sounds scary! 😱
I would say you don’t have it open all the time. Mostly it would be closed, with air conditioning on, and open sometimes mid-morning or when entertaining. Then you tidy up after, as needed.
There's not that many bugs in the desert.
@@thomasyarnall999 but there must be birds....
Originally from Chicagoland area - home of a million mosquitos the size of birds...lol....and now living in Phoenix metro for years I have to say its remarkable how there's no bugs. I'm sure if you lived in a planned community that surrounds a water/boat way - which are very rare - or grassed golf courses with water features and lots of irrigation there may be some but for the most part in the desert you could leave it open all day and night without any problem. Its quite remarkable if not used to it...and fantastic. The only issue could be dust storms but then again you know when those are coming so just close the windows. Plus don't forget we don't get windy breezes like many other areas so its really no big deal. Obviously summers out here are our 'winter' so when its 115 no one wants to be outside....just like January in the Midwest is awful.....but for the other 9 months of the year its fantastic. Come visit the West sometime you'll love it.
Very nice, now if we could just lift it out of California ...
Esquisit
House porn, but I looked.
Beautiful house, but it would look so much better if all that sterile white was done away with.
За сто тыщ рублей возьму
Can't wait to spray graffiti on the walls.
Way over priced!!
So much wealth has been created by creating loss for others. #latecapitalism
Get outta here, capitalism works better than socialism anytime of the year!
@@kennethsanjose8329 I'm not a socialist. But that's the dark side of our capitalism nobody wants to face.
@@xfloodcasual8124 This is a masterpiece. Do you really think that anyone involved in it's creation would have had any motivation to create this if they were not capitalists?
@@linda8485 You are pointing out the positives which are well evidenced in our materialistically advanced society. What I'm pointing out is there are also negatives to capitalism that are inescapable and we try to avoid them through denial. As my own wealth grew in capitalism it was undeniable to me the system creates wealth by destroying it elsewhere. It is in plain sight if care to exam the system. Yes socialism is worse.
@@xfloodcasual8124 Thanks for your response. Makes sense.
Hideous.
Sterile. I'd be afraid to walk around and even touch a thing. This is not a home, this is a showpiece.
