I love the fact that these guys started off finding lost treasures and cleaning up bodies of water, then one day, they found a car with a body in and and everything changed. They're now helping people find their lost loved ones and solving decade long cold cases, just because they're genuinely kind and caring people. Keep doin what you're doing guys, you're awesome ❤️

Well said bobi, your message resonated with me and it came through how much you have and feel love through your own and your late husbands eyes. I’m sure you have some great stories and I thank you for sharing .
This is absolutely positively an sad story! It's an shame that your search team was unable to identify the two vehicles that had been under water for year's! These missing teens may never be found and that's an total shame that their families will never know what happened to these teens! You guys are awesome and do an fantastic job in trying to locate families loved ones who have been missing! Keep up the good work and stay safe!
My first cousin went missing in December of 1990 . She was found in April of 1991 underwater inside her car . My uncle ( her father ) hired a licensed scuba diver to search certain areas of her last know location. It was a terrifying ordeal for our entire family . I know exactly how these families feel not knowing what happened to their loved one .
Hey Jared, Most Classic GM vehicle's have interchangeable parts. You have Cadillac, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Chevrolet, and Buick makes under the General Motors manufacturer. My 1959 impala has the same roof, floors, firewall as any other GM vehicle made in 1959. Buick and Cadillac(maby Pontiac also) in some models made a longer vehicle so the floors and roof were longer and not interchangeable. The NOVA vehicle, made by Chevrolet in 1962 is more or less 1 of 4 X-Body vehicles GM made. Most don't know this either, but NOVA stood for all 4 of GM X-Body Vehicles. N ova - Chevrolet Nova O mega - Oldsmobile Omega V entura - Pontiac Ventura A pollo - Buick Apollo The Oldsmobile Omega and the Buick Apollo line started in 1973, but all 4 vehicles had many interchangeable parts. All had the same body.
Jared, was just telling my husband how amazing it's been to see how your channel has evolved over the years. Thank you for continuing to look for the missing. Giving families some hope or some closer. God bless you all and stay safe out there.
They recently put out a video and answered questions and said they have been approached to do TV shows but it would pretty much ruin what they are doing. They would want to do "recreations." Also it would take a week to film each person's case so they wouldn't be able to help nearly as many people. It also didn't sound like the offer they were talking about would really care about the loved ones of the missing people the way AWP does. I am glad that they are staying with their original purpose to help families bring home their loved ones.💜💜
I really trust their judgment regarding any tv deal. They have proved their devotion to families. I think if they felt working with a show would help the cause, they would do it. Also regarding the term “selling out” look people have a right to support themselves and earn money.
@@tradez5799 you really should go back and watch their first couple videos, they have already stated that they do this to 1) bring awareness to others and 2) for the families who call them out to help when nobody else will help them.
@@tradez5799 this is how they spread awareness & find sponsors for their recovery & safety equipment, UA-cam is monetised & people also donate $$ which Affords AWP to do this full time at no charge to victims families or other organisations etc!
@@lwk4229..... " Also regarding the term “selling out” look people have a right to support themselves and earn money."..... it also reveals "poor & weak" character and no "spine" to do what is right, when Anyone would do "whatever it takes" to earn money... regardless of it being morally "wrong", in such cases. AWP / Jared made the right (and Much Respected) decision, and shows that he has high & morally right standards, as well as a true / heartfelt moral obligation to those families whom he has, and will... been able to bring closure to... which, in & of itself... is worth Far More than whatever "money" could be earned from a phony TV "deal"... not to mention, it clearly demonstrates his own Self Respect and being true to what he clearly stands for.
Since you are in Rome, New York and i am in Rome, Italy this is the best moment to give you my compliments for what you do for missing people and for their relatives. I watched almost all your videos and what you do is really moving and amazing. Needless to say i hope you find these young boys asap. Thank you!
Thank you and God Bless you for the work you do. My grandson was in an accident Monday night, 03/15/22. The car got airborne and landed upside down in a creek. The car filled with water, and the person driving passed away. My grandson lost consciousness and when found, he had a very faint pulse and lungs full of water. He is in ICU and will recover. I can't imagine what parents and grandparents go through, not knowing what has happened to their loved ones. Thank God for people like you. I'm sorry this is so long, but your work really hits home for me now. Love you guys. It was 3/14/22. I've lost track of time.
Jared, I worked for my parents who owned a auto glass company for 30 years. Those door glasses have a factory part number on a visible lower corner. It’s in the glass. If I remember it’s as you’re looking at the car from the outside it’s on the right lower corner. That number should trace it to the make of the car. You probably already know this but just thought I’d mention it. Thanks for all you do!
@@Censortubes My parents were in business from 1960 to 1989 and I can assure you it was on them from at least 1970 on because we had a massive F5 tornado May 11,1970 (3 that actually came together) and wiped out a great deal of our city. I was 13 then and my job was to tear the car doors down, find or order parts and replacement door glass for every car that had theirs either knocked out or windows were partially down and wind actually twisted the glass without breaking it but bent the regulators which were the door components within the door that controlled the ability to roll the window up or down. My job was to order the replacement glass for each damaged door. We also had to go to the wrecking yards and remove door glasses from cars when it was impossible to locate new glass. The glass reference book was like our Bible but if we had to go by make/model we needed that number off hopefully the door glass on the other side of the car which was the same with exception of a couple numbers different which designated either left or right. Don’t know from 1990 on as we sold the company and I went to nursing school.
@@Censortubes Desk jockey??? Now I find that funny, very funny. I’ve cut out and and installed new windshields on a regular basis. I’ve cut mirror, plate and safety glass and installed it in giant earthmovers and many other giant pieces of equipment. I know a makers mark such as LOF and PPG! Just felt the need to attempt to hurt a woman’s feelings huh? Didn’t work, won’t work. I know how I researched glass and found it when others couldn’t. Please stay up on that very old high horse while you can and have a great day!

When I get caught up on your latest videos, I find myself getting really teary eyed because I know this is something that kinda of fell in your lap. You have full on changed courses and your purpose. Another reminder that there are people out there that will help you. No questions asked. Please know that your hard work is not going unnoticed and I’m comforted knowing that you and your team is out there. Stay safe and warm. Your fan from Long Beach, California but and Iowa native.
Jared and Doug, I'm extremely happy to see you guys pursuing this particular case. I grew up in that area, drank in those bars, some of which no longer exist, and it has bothered me since they went missing.
I grew up in Rome too! I'm in Oklahoma now but I was only a year and a half when they went missing. Never heard of this case but glad to come across it
It’s kinda creepy to know I probably floated over so many old bodies like growing up in Rome you know to watch out for all the old rusted cars in the river I never thought about what could be in them
It must be so disappointing when a search is inconclusive. I can't think what would be the saddest, finding someone you're looking for, not finding someone you're looking for or accidentally finding someone you weren't looking for, especially if nobody missed them.
Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever heard of any humans that are better people than your team….. no words can fully express the gratitude I feel towards all of y’all. Best humans in the whole world ❤
@@craigdobis10 I think their situation is quite upsetting - fight between choosing 1 of 2 sides. all or nothing. truth or lie. and all that around such a close friendship. lose all or nothing.
Its very sad that after all this time the boys haven't been found. I'm glad to hear your team has taken interest in the search and recovery. Hopefully they will be home soon.
The thing I keep thinking of is the absolute terror and how frantic all these people must have been trying to get out of the car when they discovered they were trapped and couldn’t get out. TERRIFYING!
I agree. That's one reason I just bought AWP's water escape tools from their website. For about $7 +shipping, it's a little thing that attaches to your keychain, and will cut your seatbelt and break your window all in under 30 seconds. My whole family has them now and has watched the video on how to use them. I feel a LOT better. Plus the proceeds help these awesome fellas keep doing what they're doing, so win-win.
We bought the escape tool from AWP last Christmas, gave to all my kids. Most importantly explained the difference between laminate glass and tempered glass. We just bought a new truck, thankfully the side windows are tempered glass. I hate to think of how many people are unaware of the difference. My own car has laminate glass on every window except for the rear. Know your car.

Water levels here are very low right now and a fisherman found a car in our local lake today. They haven’t released details yet but they did confirm that remains were found inside. Rumors are that it’s an old car and the remains are more than one person. So sad how these things happen.
Congratulations you guys just crossed 2 million on the live subscriber count! Well deserved keep up the amazing work! I'm proud to be a member of this community
I’ve been watching you since you were diving for sunglasses and soda cans. You started a revolution. Every person found by amateur divers using a glorified fish finder is in part because of you. Nice job adding positivity to society. I’ve enjoyed watching your success and your corny sense of humor. Keep it up
Please never stop this mission. My husband and I are divers here in Michigan and hope to join our local recovery team this year. Supposedly, not supposibly.
@@lanamortenson8694 You can praise someone while also correcting their errors.. I don't really understand how you're confused by that as a concept? This has to be one of the most rewarding things a person can do is to bring closure to families of loved ones. Not knowing where they are, if they are cold, hungry safe or departed this life. Bringing them home to these families is the greatest gift I'm sure they've ever received. Keep at it, so many families of those who've vanished appreciate your efforts, Godspeed 🙏
I'm still a new subscriber who has been binging on these videos when I can. I became a member, bought everyone in my family the car escape tool and am wearing my t-shirt, which I love because its very soft and well made. I also have a box of tissues herewith me and do reach for them a lot. I can't imagine what it's like to have a loved one go missing because you just don't know. I applaud these men for what they do to bring closure to families of missing loved ones. I've been watching for quite sometime, I have to mention that I absolutely love how your videos are done. Whoever is editing needs recognition! Love what you all do! Brings a sense of humanity to my heart! Keep up the great work! You all are great!!
I find it amazing what you guys do. Last year, my nephew and his friend were driving and went around a corner too fast on an icy road. They went into the River, my nephew was the passenger and had his window down, because of that he was able to make it out of the car and made it to the banks. He went and ran for help. Unfortunately, his friend didn’t make it. They found him in 18ft of water. He was fortunate that he made it out but had he not. That would have been him. No one would have known. That’s why it’s so important that people like you exist. You not only bring closure to the families but you bring closure for the dead, you bring them home! You should be very proud of that. ❤
Love how dedicated you guys are to find peoples families🙏🏼 idk if you guys do other countries but you should look into this huge case in Canada. It’s exactly in Ontario and the story is most famously known as the “Pickering boys.” It’s 6 missing teens who haven’t been found 27 years and still nothing. There was rumours of them going on a boat that night they went missing which would be Lake Ontario. These families need closure !
@@dlk8439 exactly but nothings been found since. It’s just crazy to me how 6 teens go missing when the answer could be underwater just like most of these cases.
I wanted to say on a light hearted note that at 15:00, watching Doug walk behind Jarred all suited up made me think of a kid that got in trouble by his dad because of the way they were walking. On a serious note, thank you both for what you do for these families. You both seem like amazing people. I'm new to the channel but I've caught up really quick and you've got me hooked. Doing my part for the algorithm. You guys do absolutely incredible and inspiring work. I live in Pensacola Florida, since finding you guys I've been looking into missing persons cases locally. Lots of rivers and bodies if water around. Keep doing your best work guys! ❤

This is so cool! I just stumbled across your channel and I was just on the edge of my seat with my mouth open this whole video! I'm a kayaker and I just love how you guys are using your passions and talent to help other people!
Go back through their solved cases. Earlier on a couple were accidental finds when they were just trying to clean cars that were dumped, out of lakes/rivers.
Oh.. You have so much catching up to do. Yoy will love their other videos of solved cases. I watched everything from AWP.. but also Chaos Divers, Exoloring with Nug, Depths of History etc.. And the behimd the scenes of Josh Cantu.. Greetings from the Netherlands 🇳🇱

You’ve given them all some kind of comfort by knowing where their loved one was all these years. 🙏🏻 Keep up the great job your doing and be safe.🙏🏻 Sending prayers to the families and friends of the missing loved ones. 🙏🏻 God Bless AWP 🙏🏻
Headlight, metal, tire and window...if Doug keeps diving hes going to bring up that car bit by bit! Keep up the good work guys. You are on the side of the angels.
Drag racing was and for some still is a big thing in the Utica-Rome area in NY. My Mom was a drag racer in the area for awhile. I am hoping (and suggested on Fb live feed) that your team will go over to Catskill NY and search for Audrey May Herron and her missing 1994 Jeep.
my grandpa used to drag race on the airstrip at the local airport in the 50's and he told me all about it and that he stopped cause he didnt want to blow up the engine in the car which was the family car at the time.
To add on to what I said earlier he said that what happened is that the army had decommissioned Santa Maria airport as a military airstrip post ww2 and that the city didn't develop it for commercial flights for years so they would all use it to race cars in the 50's and etc he remembers racing on the airstrip for about 10 years. Fun fact that airstrip was used in a movie if I recall Rocketeer or Rocketman the one about the guy who gets the prototype military jet pack and the nazis are after him well the hangar is actually a barn that is local that was used in the movie and they wanted to use his car in the movie but he was afraid they would damage it so he didn't. So many stories from back in the day. He also told me back in the day that he was just out and about visiting a touristy kind of sight in the Los Angeles area and he turned around and Elvis was visiting it as well and he said that he met Elvis by accident and had a conversation with him and his entourage. Just some of the crazy stuff. Another time he was out with my grandma at this theatre in so cal somewhere and turned around and saw one of the golden age actors of Hollywood dont remember who standing behind my grandma and she was oblivious to it cause he was if I recall her favorite actor back then and he was just standing behind her talking to his wife and she didn't realize. He also got to meet a couple of famous musicians when he was in high school his school band got to perform at a competition at this place in Los Angeles and they won and they got to go to this club and listen to music and he got to jam with a couple well known musicians and he recalled one of them telling him that if he became a professional musician he would get burned out on the road and etc and this guy was like every time I went somewhere and someone asked me where I was going next I would say Austin Texas and that went on for years until I was in Austin and someone asked me and I said that and realized at that moment that I needed a career change lol. Its crazy the stories he talks about with stuff just taking place like that . John Madden was teaching or the coach or something at the college when he was at college and he remembers chilling with him and etc. I mean the stories my grandpa talks about are like shit out of a book im surprised he doesn't write one with all the insane stuff that has happened in his life. He was on a ship back in the 80's or 90's which he still calls the cruise from hell and basically what happened in this cruise was the Caribbean and Mexico and etc and the ship was transiting the Panama Canal, hit the side of the lock and tore a gash in the ship, they had to wait for repairs then got towed and then half the ship got sick with the flu, they ended up in a port somewhere and people got off the ship and the crew got mugged, and passengers got mugged, and then to make it worse, they ran low on food, half the crew quit, the ships second engine died and grandpa said Fuck this and left and flew home with grandma, and the ship got stranded because the line went bust and stranded people wherever they were at the time. Sometimes the stuff he tells me is just crazy and he's still telling me new stuff that has happened, and the he gave me a box of slide photos of stuff he talked about and its just crazy to see photos of shit I have a photo of the ship listing after it hit the lock and its just one thing to see photos of the crazy crap he talks about happening. He's had such a interesting life cause of when he got to grow up and im like we dont have stuff like that happen really now. Just can't get experiences like way back in the day.
I discovered your channel this week. I’m hooked. Have watched a whole bunch of your adventures now. It’s an amazing thing to have a job with such purpose. Thank you for all you do for grieving families. Love your work.
Back in the day, the drinking age had changed 21 in the late 80s, so some bars were still illegally serving underage kids. The fines were just not very severe for the bar back then.
That's a tough one. Hard to find something when nobody can tell you exactly what you are supposed to be looking for. If anyone can figure it out, my money is 💯% on Adventures with Purpose. You guys are definitely the best there is at what you do. Bringing Mike King to your team is a great move. He is crazy good at what he does as well.
I’m very sorry about your cousin! I know that must’ve been horrible to go through.❤🙏🏼
Thank God. For your family teams
Oh my gosh
I'm so sorry!!! I can't even imagine!!!
My condolences for the loss of your loved one yet thankful you are blessed with the opportunity to find that loved one 🙏🕊️
N ova - Chevrolet Nova
O mega - Oldsmobile Omega
V entura - Pontiac Ventura
A pollo - Buick Apollo
The Oldsmobile Omega and the Buick Apollo line started in 1973, but all 4 vehicles had many interchangeable parts. All had the same body.
That is helpful. My best friend had a NOVA. Never heard that.
wow great to see you post that...Us old car lovers Know this...but for someone to share

Excellent Points and good information!
That is cool information-I had no idea! Thanks for this.
Knowledge is the key, might help more than one case
Jared, was just telling my husband how amazing it's been to see how your channel has evolved over the years. Thank you for continuing to look for the missing. Giving families some hope or some closer. God bless you all and stay safe out there.
I’m so very happy you didn’t “sell out” to network TV. You all are as real as it gets! Thank you for everything you do.
So sorry to hear about your grandson, Carolyn. Sending prayers for his recovery, and for the driver's family.

My dad told me about you guys - such a remarkable thing you are all doing. We need more folks like you in the world.
Please never stop doing what you both do. You guys are definitely a different breed. I wish everyone had the same compassion and dedication.
I live just outside of Rome in Floyd NY, and have heard about these boys several times growing up. Thank you for the incredible work you guys do!
Jared and Doug,
I'm extremely happy to see you guys pursuing this particular case. I grew up in that area, drank in those bars, some of which no longer exist, and it has bothered me since they went missing.
I was born and raised here and was 4 when it happened. Never heard about this case.
Wow!
I grew up in Rome too! I'm in Oklahoma now but I was only a year and a half when they went missing. Never heard of this case but glad to come across it
I Love and support this guys, but How come, they didn’t got does 2 cars out of the water, perhaps there were body remains inside.
I have a son about their age. Heartbreaking to think what their loved ones have gone through. Thanks for all you do!
You should go to lake Elsinore you will find all kinds of stuff California
I have a son born in 1990 as well. My heart breaks for their family.

I love how you are helping families everywhere❤
The thing I keep thinking of is the absolute terror and how frantic all these people must have been trying to get out of the car when they discovered they were trapped and couldn’t get out. TERRIFYING!
I try not to think of it.

Did you ever get an update?
It’s only been hearsay, nothing official. I heard a guy had stolen the car back in the 90’s. I don’t even know his name.

Nice job adding positivity to society. I’ve enjoyed watching your success and your corny sense of humor. Keep it up
Please never stop this mission. My husband and I are divers here in Michigan and hope to join our local recovery team this year.
Supposedly, not supposibly.
You give out praise, then in the same breath stick a knife in his back and attack his English. Make up your mind lol.
@@lanamortenson8694 You can praise someone while also correcting their errors.. I don't really understand how you're confused by that as a concept?

Praying your prayers are answered 🙏🏻
hello from Rochester 💖
I pray your prayers are answered. God bless your family

It was great meeting you all during your time here in Rome. You may have not solved the mystery of the two missing boys .. but you did solve the mystery of the missing Henry Street telephone pole Bear!
What????
Much love, gratitude & best wishes, guys. You're doing amazing work, as always. Keep it up.
My late brother told me about A with P, but I didn't watch till 3 weeks after he passed. Now I'm hooked! Thank you for all you do, you are heroes!
Hey Guys, there aren't words that can adequately express my admiration for you and what you are doing.
I'm happy with the care you take with the family, and the loved ones that you bring back to them. Keep up the great work that you all do.
Great work again guys hope you find the answers to find these 2 boys so sad that these things happen to so many and to search for people that have been missing for so many years must be incredibly difficult and frustrating so Thankyou for all your hard work I appreciate everything that your team puts into these searches stay safe and take care to you all from Scotland ❤️
It's so sad to watch but I admire what you guys do thank you for giving people the answers they need to move on.
Love the doggied determination that you guys have in trying to get as much information as you can on each car.
Been watching for a few months now, wish I would have heard of your channel even earlier. Thank you for looking for all of these people. You know more than the rest of us how thankful their families are.
I’ve watched you guys through Covid ☺️! Don’t miss it! I’ve enjoyed all the people you’ve worked with and follow them as well! I enjoy the group of guys you are today! It’s good solid equal pairing! The video is very professional! Just want to add, don’t go tv version! The way you guys do it…genuine, sincere…is what draws people in! When you put it on tv, yes tempting, but corporate destroys everything always…waaaaay toooo many chefs in the kitchen! You guys have a gift and a heart! Corporate would steal that from you guys!!! It’s the difference between shopping at a home business and Walmart!
I just realized yall were just about 5 minutes from my house! I wish i known back then cause i wouldve done my best to assist in the investigation
With the information you guys give & the education I'm able to pass it on. Which is so great! The community here with AWP is full of compassion & kindness. We all make a great team. But big thanks to Doug & Jared. Their bravery, kindness & compassion is contagious. 😊 They're an inspiration to us all!
I am absolutely hooked on this channel.Beyond amazing work that you guys are doing❤

The work that you guys do is so amazing, I just started watching your channel last week, and now I'm hooked. Keep up the good work, This world needs more people like you.

With every lost soul you guys learn about then bringing to us really stirs my heart strings thinking of what these families are going through. God bless you for following this path to bring some peace to these families. Thanks to your families for giving the support needed for this continued work. You are a blessing to millions.
Thank you for all you do for these missing loved ones and their families!! You guys are amazing humans! I think the teddy bear was a sign but just my opinion!! Also, I love your background music, it’s beautiful! It reminds me of the music in the Podcast called Big Savage: The Death of Alexander Stevens, which happened here locally! Thanks again for all you do!
I was thinking the same about the teddy bear. It’s a sign of innocence and they were being young and reckless!
I just discovered your channel through the the Kiely Rodni case. I will definitely be a fan for life. Thank you for all your hard work 💜 ❤️
I'm so glad to see your team solve these cases for long lost loved ones or some cases where they haven't been missing very long at all. I haven't lost anyone but I would send you word for help. Thank you on behave of these families.
I love you guys for what you do. My Dad was in the Seal Team, but long before was a salvage diver. Dove on a plane wreck in NY and his recollection was emotional. God Bless you all.
