The Kiangan - Tinoc - Buguias Road is considered to be one of the dangerous road going to the highest point due to its land slide prone road structure only during rainy season. It is one of the scenic Cordillera route for its picturesque Kiangan Clusters of Rice Terraces , a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
