I think it's obvious because in Gen 9 there is no Baton Pass... precisely because of things like this. Imagine a Hone Claws or a Coil to pass precision to an attack like Scale Shot to a Grachomp, added to more attack and on top of that, in the case of Coil, which also gives it increased defense stats to give him even more unfair advantage... Garchomp would be almost invincible and even a Fairy and Steel type would have serious problems with him/her. That of the Baton Pass would only be possible in Pokemon Showdown and not the general competitive Pokemon saga.
