Robert Smith is a rare gem in the music industry. So authentically himself and he's remained down to earth all these years. Definitely one of my favorite people in music.
I never can decide if his responses just go over their heads, or if he is so different in person than what they expect that they don't know how to react? Most interviews I've seen, it feels like he is just being bombarded with either the same questions he's been asked a million times or random crap no one cares about, with no reaction to his answers, just move to next question. Why? I would love to just see someone having a real conversation with him.

Has to be the humblest most down to earth famous person ever and not just in music. Robert has created some of the most amazing musical pieces ever written and he in no way acts like he is aware of that. Love him and love The Cure

Cure have always been my favourite band since the 80's, and they're also my 25 year old son's favourite band. What other band could inspire that sort of admiration over multiple generations? They're truly something special, and a gift to the world.

Cannot measure the authentic joy Robert brought me for many years. I'm 64. I listen to the Cure while just driving to nowhere in my old jeep. I can't say why but I feel connected to life, good or bad when I hear his music and lyrics. I feel like I could sit down with him and have lunch and he would treat me as he would anyone else, with his kindness and authenticity. Time travel as of yet is not possible however music can take you back to the time when you first heard a song. Robert thanks for what you've given to the world.
