nice example for jeff to rotate exercises.... especially post injury (for my example herniated disc) big conservative in axial load....hip hinge movements..... i
reintroduced one arm dumbell row knee on the bench for less stress on lower back first more ahead reintroduced one arm dumbell row no knee supported in bench and reintroduced two arms dumbell row (like i barbell row but with db).... in this month reintroduced 45 degrees hip extension with light 45 pounds plate (20kg)......nice approach for the godfather all podcast is one classroom....

Can tell you this, when I did calisthenics every day every muscle group, I never got sore. The body builds protective mechanisms. Training less frequently than every other day will lead to loss of some of those adaptations.

I second this. I used to train hard and then be sore in the muscle for 5 days, only training it the next week, never giving my body the chance to adapt and thus getting sore again from the "novel" stimulus the following week. When I now start a new exercise that gets me sore, I make a point to have the next session for that exercise while I am still moderately sore, then it goes away by the 3rd or 4th time.

Extended gas capacity by making a canister holder that mounts on your forearm and connects to the saber with a little supply line?

I'm pushing 50yo and I used to love to have 2-3 days of doms... now I kinda dread them, they just make the day job so much harder lol

Do less sets I suppose. Creatine and extra water retention might help

It's not a good idea to change your exercises too often it takes 3 weeks for your body to get used to a new exercise in that 3 weeks nun of your gains are hypertrophy it just a nreomuculer rentanment

Um... According to Dr. Anthony Chaffee, if you eat NO CARBS you will have NO SORENESS. I didn't really hear an exact explanation in this video, of what causes muscle soreness.
