If you put the tea light holder in the freezer for a few hours, the melted wax from the candle should pop right out and you can put a fresh candle in :)

What do you do on days that you're exhausted BEYOND BELIEF and in so much pain??? I've lost my marriage of 24 yrs... My parents and brother.... Because NO ONE BELIEVES ME!!! So frustrated and devastated at the same time! Not yelling at you my dear.... Just BEYOND words!

Jenna Airamaa I'm so sorry I know how hard that must have been I know it's not the same but I couldn't walk for a few months and I had to learn how to walk again it was awful so I'm really sorry that you can't walk! Sending all my love beautiful 💖✨

Have you tried the Ensure Clear drink? I tolerate those so much better than the thick creamy regular Ensures

Amy Nicole Vlogs yes I have but I don't tollerate them any better plus they have way to many carbs in and it would trigger a HKPP attack 🤦🏽‍♀️😭

Have you tried a tens machine for your pain? I find it a fab pain relief without the med side effects xx

Gemma Short yeah I do have one but somtimes it makes my pain worse especially if I'm nauseous,but I do use it still 💖🙏🏼

As a fellow tubie, have you thought about adding free water to your feeds or running your feeds and then running water the rest of the hours. Yes it would mean being hooked up 24/7 but it would provide way more hydration.

Madison well at the moment I run my feeds then once there finshed I run my laxatives then dirolyte untill I start my feeds again! ✨
