I see a center for after school and continuing education programs and a large community garden. I don't have money to invest, but if I did, I'd use this building for these purposes.
Wasn't there one on Broadway south of Church Home on Broadway? I remember it from when I was jumped walking from work at Hopkins to Eastern Ave where I later caught a bus concussed.
