Just a mile? Should be atleast 1.5

In elementary school it’s one mile. Then In middle school it’s 2 miles most of the time. Then highschool of course is a 5k.
Then in college it’s an 8k

I dont do cross country in 6th we do it in 7th and up

i woulda dusted i run 1.5 miles as a easy daily run, gj to those kids though (im going into 7th sooooo)
