Thank you vanessa for this week's lesson. I have a 2025 resolution about ENglish which is to be more fluent speaker. I'm confident I'm already good at writing and reading, and a bit listening. But when it comes to speaking, I think it is still my weak point. So, this year I'll try to improve my speaking skills.
Hey dear teacher Venesa, i appreciate this great effort, thanks a lot. İ am learning much more think from this lessons 😂 By the way, there is word like " HAFTA" ın Azerbaijan language, it means "Week" ın english. ONE more time thanks for usefull lessons🎉
The correct expression is; - "Attack" HAS two vowels and a double "tt" but that "tt" sounds like "t" when pronouncing it. Why is it pronounced like that ?. Well, the double "TT" is pronounced like "t" because; # the double "tt is in the stressed syllable. The "T" or double "TT" is pronounced like a "D" for natives or like an "R" for latin non-natives WHEN it's between vowels and in the non-stressed syllable.
Hm, I just wonder: how you, Americans, pronounce the words rider and writer? Cause if you replace "t" with "d", then there's no difference between the words, that I've just mentioned. Dunno.

Sister please helpy me
What I hear is the “R” sound , instead of “D” ( warer NOT wader) please correct me if I’m wrong .
For native English speakers is the sound of a "D".
BUT.
For latin non-native English speakers is the sound of an "R".
# As simple as that.
In 2025 I wanna achieve my goals Wich means speaking English fluently.❤❤
I'm confused to see in some words, e.g. 'into', etc, 't' is not pronounced 'd'.
You just memorize it and memorize its pronunciation that's all, don't worry about the rest.
Yesterday, I left my water bottle and computer in the car.
When will I be the first commenting finally
Hello Mam Vanessa Nice To Meet You

I’m gonna my house tomorrow.Right?
I think in that case you say;
- I'm going TO my house tomorrow.
Or.
- I'm gonna go TO my house tomorrow.
Or.
- I'm going home tomorrow.
