Yes it depends on the soil condition for dwell time in the case of that carpet is cleaned every month with in cap once a year with hwe dwell time is simply not necessary. Most of the time dwell time is overrated get it down start cleaning I don't have issues I've never been more minutes I wouldn't have to do two strokes
I also didn't mention the cimex machine as well the video is based for those starting out even on the used market OB machines for sale for a higher price than the guy starting out You can buy a used for machine very inexpensively and you can buy a host crb inexpensively as well I will make a starter out video with the oreck orbiter thanks for the suggestion
Host is always made good equipment 👍 I find dry compound cleaning pretty messy with a lot of cleanup but it's a viable option also if you haven't subscribed please do

I use an encap product that contains peroxide so on a light carpet ,the longer the dwell, the better the result
You didn't mention a op (ocillating pad) machine which cleans all sides of the fiber.
