As you may or may not know our ET friends are here and they are much more advanced than we are; they are here to help even though they could crush our planet in less than 30 minutes if they were aggressive, which they are not. They use their power to help rather than hurt. There are planets with no police of any kind because no one does anything to harm someone else. They understand deeply that any harm done to another, first and foremost, harms the perpetrator more.
