When I was a boy growing up in Coconut Grove Miami, I would jump at the opportunity to hear them in concert at St. Paul A.M.E. down the street from my house. The guitar player (Mr. Washington?) lived in the same neighborhood.
WOW! The C Lord C's! Man, this television show (Amazing Grace) was truly groundbreaking, indeed. Locally on channel 10 WPLG/Miami-Ft Lauderdale. Black gospel music that was old-style tradition at that. This show was way before its time.

RIP granddad!!
Wow! Where did you find this clip? This is so inspiring. I remember watching this on WPLG Channel 10 in Miami Fl. Bro. Leroy Washington hosted Amazing Grace every Sunday morning and showcased many of the local gospel groups in South Florida. I hope you can post more from that show, if you can access them. I remember one show he featured a very good group from Nassau, Bahamas called The Original Pilgrim Brothers. What an excellent group that was! I've seen the C Lord Cs in concert back in the day. They were always inspiring. What about Bro. Butler, is he still alive? He managed them very well.

Nice take on the Soul Stirrers' version of Amazing Grace (first segment), and then on the second standard.
