Hey. I can’t tell you which paste because I always use what I have on my table. I don’t care about different types. Just melting point is important for me. Stencil in this video was WL Gold. But it doesn’t matter too. I use what i find on my table in the moment I need ☺️.

Is it necessary to separate RAM and CPU, in case when the pacient was not under watter? I understand, that in this case was pacient under watter...
Always separate. Otherwise RAM will be shorted (A6 - A9). One out of 10 you are lucky and have no short. If you do it right, you separate.
Apart from CPU, RAM, logic EPROM and Baseband chip, any other parts to change for a full board swap?
