Yeah, it's hard not to be worried especially given how she talked about everyone in the company showering her with praise for the weight loss - that's precisely the kind of thing that can fuel eating disorders.
@@joshthefunkdoc Yeah this is kind of my concern too. Some of her obsession with fitness is *right on the line* of ending up really problematic. Like the fact that she's hyper-focusing and making it seem like eating some fruit is making her fat and the fact that what she's describing lowkey sounds like binge eating is right on the line between normal healthy and like... spiraling. Being aware of your weight and obsessing about it are kind of different things.
@@iamreiunderscore While you're not wrong and sometimes does _sound_ like she's obsessing a bit, in this case she wasn't talking about eating some fruit but daily eating a whole bucket of blueberries and considering a cup of blueberies is 80 calories, a whole bucket is actually quite a lot, not so much that it's worrying on the opposite extreme especially if she's fasting, but a lot nonetheless.
To be fair, a whole bucket of blueberries everyday is a lot. If the typical bucket (which can hold 9 litters of water) is the one in talk, it can holds 30 cups. A cup of blueberries is about 80 Calories. Therefore, a whole bucket is about 2400 Calories. Even if her bucket is half that, it still 1200 Calories and it can exceed her maintenance Calories, which would make her gain weight.
i wonder hows her mbi i mean u can be heavy but for muscle and wather instead of just fat, and as far as i know she goes to the gym so that can be one of the reasons, alass i just hope she is healty
She mentioned before that she was at 23% body fat after gaining some weight - that doesn't really say a whole lot in itself, since it's typically seen as "average" or slightly below average but is also in the range where more muscular women can reside when not cutting for a competition. i do agree that her more recent convo on this is concerning, ngl
Would be actually pretty hard to gain much weight on just blueberries
If the blueberries were her meals, yeah. But if that blueberries were her snack on top of her meals...
@@majesticfox Nah even still
@@majesticfoxNo…

@Just_An_Ignacio it's a difficult thing to maintain. To be THE perfect being.

The first FBB Hololive Vtuber!
I mean 80 calories is nothing. In fact eating fruits is a good way to lose weight because you fill up your stomach and don't gain a lot of calories.
This is why most diets fail. Its beater to eat healthy than diet imo. Or its just my asian genes idk lol
Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, YES!! I am happy to see she getting back to the swing of things and laying off the thickness 😅.
But thiccness is good 😢
This man likes his stickeronii, but i much prefer fitteronii with a side of thickness
