How to tie HALF & SQUARE knots | Macrame Basics Tutorial

Learn macrame NOW! Half knot and the square knot are two of the most basic knots out there. They can both be knotted in two directions, left facing and right facing. The direction is determined by the little bump seen on the square knot.
Knotting many of these knots consecutively makes beautiful braids - straight with the square knot and spiralling with the half knot.
