If you have an AMD graphics should you do anything differeint? Like when you turned off the textires or something for dx12 but thats wgat i use in game

Just as a suggestion, keep the audio quality at high. I would much rather have the ability to hear others than lose 1 milliseconds of delay. Some things should be kept at higher quality.
you can still hear at low quality. it just changes sounds like the pump shotgun to a lower quality sound file. its worth it and wont change footsteps iirc.

I used to have your problem, I’ve used a FPS booster called echoX and I hit 200 FPS In creative so I’m gonna be trying to see what I should cap my FPS to in comp so it’s consistent, when I had your problem I changed my FPS cap to 60, not really much you can do to fix that when your pc is fully optimiz3d, I’d rather have a consistent 60 than a staggering 120.
