So true. Thanks for sharing. I've yet to find a therapist who understands CPTSD. Body armoring and complete disconnecting from body is my normal mode. I need to set up notification reminders to stop and meditate to reconnect physically.

It's so difficult to let our guard down to do these things. Even trying can be very stressful.
If your cptsd doesn't manifest into a tangible physical soft tissue m musculoskeletal pain syndrome, you don't have anything to worry about
