Possibly experiment with some 1 piece aluminum wheels that are also the tire. Some very soft aluminum stock. Make the suspension make up for the harder tire material.
Contact every tire maker for solutions. Order up some carbon plateAnd tube to make wheels and sleeve and glue on a slice of radiator hose.
