Ffs southgates plan is to score 1 goal then just defend. Agreed with the first guy. We definitely got out of jail with that one.. Bellingham was non existent for 95% of the game but he is that guy who can create something out of nothing and is clutch and that saved us and Southgate like the guy said for another game at least. 10 minutes of a live England match is usually enough for ME. Then watch the goals on HIGHLIGHTS.
If when I watch England play I felt like they played their hearts out and gave it a proper go then even if they lost I could be OK with that. But they have consistently played the same timid style where they look like they’d rather be on holiday for too long now. Sometimes when I see all the unforced errors I start to think they actually want to lose! Southgate just sits there watching a terrible performance without making changes early enough. They’re very lucky to be through and don’t deserve to be.

We have no width because Walker insists on not passing down the wing but constantly pass back inside to Stones. Its painful to watch him do it for 80 minutes of the game. If you watch the game back he rejects every pass down the wing or in to midfield and passes back to Stones all game.
