আমি এই রেসিপিতে খেজুরের দানা গুড় use করেছি। খেজুরের দানা গুড় পেলে ভালো, না হলে আঁখের গুড় নেবেন। আর খেয়াল রাখবেন কড়াতে আচার টাইট করতে যাবেন না, তরল থাকতে থাকতে নামিয়ে নেবেন। ঠান্ডা হলে আচার, আপনি টাইট হয়ে যাবে।

Welcome :) Try to use dates jaggery, if unavailable, use sugarcane jaggery. Sugar is not a good alternative for jaggery, but can be used when jaggery unavailable.

Thank you for your lovely comment. Your comment is so touching. Plz try this recipe, it will be very tasty. Just remember to switch off the flame still when the pickle is fluid enough. Do not make the pickle thick as it will thicken quite a bit when it gets cold.

Low flamey anobaroto narben, achar ta loose hoye gele ar valo kore misey gele namiye neben. Tight korben na, tarol (loose) abosthatei namiye neben. Tobey ekhon ekta jinish mathay rakhben, jehetu natun korey jol deowa hoyeche tai very frequently achar ta rodey rakhben.
