Advice: stay long in the water. There are plenty of fish species around. I have been there three times but not during last years. The most colorful corals you will find in front of el fanar beach. Swim a couple hundred meters to the left from your own hotel beach. Bypass the el fanar peer and after that you will find some neat corals and fish. Propably you cannot search the reef very far beacause the shore line turns to east and you will meet there heavy waves this time of the year. I wish you calm days!

Hi, which camera did you use?
Long time ago. Cameras were sony dsc tx-10 and tx-20. Today I use mostly gopro hero 7 and 9 when snorkeling.
