Man you had a good day on the water man. Those were some nice fish you Court. You got a nice kayak too man. I also like how you was kayaking barefooted 👣 too because I have to kayak barefooted 👣 style too because I got big & very very Extremely wide feet sz15 6E wide ( which is very very extremely wide feet 🦶 ) with very very chubby fat wide toes that are Evenly straight across making my foot very very Extremely wide feet at 6 1/2 inches wide from my big toe to my lil toe. My foot outgrow shoes , socks , & boots when I was young & Flip flops 🩴is the only footwear that will barely and I mean barely fit on my feet 🦶 because my toes being Evenly straight across & wider than the flip flops 🩴 straps . They say the Cahaba is free flowing, but these spillways indicate otherwise

No sir, hybrid at best. Bilateral was all touching towards the tail. Beautiful fish no less. Check out "Fly Fishing for Redeye Bass" by Dr. Matthew Robert Lewis. He details the differences between the M. Henshalli and redeye bass very well.

@FL-PHILLIP well that's awesome to hear! Yeah missing the crescent behind the eye and lateral line touching. 12+" fish as well. Lots of hybrid features though. Tail was pretty rounded.
