Few things I noticed while trying to stealth through this game as well: 1 - In Konpeki you indeed aren't forced into combat before the last elevator if you managed to not get detected before 2 - All cameras turn on when a body is identified, so you need to either make them friendly, destroy them or hide bodies to not get detected, this one is particularly annoying because it makes the demon that turns off all cameras next to useless, especially if you're doing a stealthy netrunner build and leave the bodies where they fell (guess how I found this out) 3 - There's a different demon that loads an optics reboot when they begin noticing you, I think you get it if you equip legendary optics reboot, but it makes people immediately alerted once you load the demon in, as if they saw a body, so it's - once again - next to useless for stealth, though you can get _some_ use from it 4 - Legendary Ping lets you distract enemies through walls when equipped so it's extremely useful

About the "forced combat" with Del at the end of Konpeki Plaza: not being detected through the upper level rewards you with the missing (mini-?)boss on the lobby level. The reason the garage "forces" combat is because of Del's actions. Excelsior customers don't have to come to him. Soon as he knows where you are, he's gonna roll up. Which is gonna make the Arasoka guys start shooting. Basically, its all on Del, and youre just supposed to run for it. ... as someone who likes to play V as a ghost, I've thought about that moment a lot.

My guess is that if you have a netrunning build you can go for the spreading improvements and then I *think* memory wipe is spreadable, would clear aggro from all the guys in the smasher fight. I'd say its allowed for that specific encounter only pretty much but still, worth noting if anyone else considers the run.
Btw on the end part of Search And Destroy (the part where you are escaping) you actually can full stealth it and the only way of not being detected by the last guy is by somehow distracting him or by going through a different route to have a better angle

I feel like this deserves a Phantom Liberty follow-up, 'cause I bet you 100$ you can't successfully hack the access point that distracts the drone in The Spider and The Fly. They did something recently where it's practically impossible to not get detected by that drone.
If you're up to these kind of challenges, the deus ex series (mankind divided if i remember correctly) has a trophy "never been detected" and "kill no one. that could be a nice video too
I’m impressed at your skill. I have a one shot headshot stealth pistol plus a sandevistan and still fail every steal encounter. I think Wako hates me at this point

In the beginning of the game going with netrunner (required) and you have limited ram its better to use a silenced pistol and shoot the cameras (they go agro and then settle down but you keep your ram for distractions, etc.). There is no greater feeling than taking out all enemies with rear takedowns. I have always done Konpecki pure stealth and do quick saves after each group (on very hard, its really difficulty to get into shootouts with them (although you can craft much better weapons than would you pick up), and the guard with the elevator to the bottom key is difficult but the gaurds at the elevator to the garage are near impossible. A lot of gigs are extremely easy to do without getting detected, but require 20 in Tech and/or Body and to have double jump legs, to open roof top windows, or open doors. I like doing non-leathal takedowns and find it wierd that CDPR after 2.0 still sells Pax (making your gun non-lethal) but makes it ALWAYS lethal to hide the body in a dumpster, WTF? It used to be you could hide the body without killing them.
You can do the Konpeki garage without being detected. I'm doing a run without any cyberware. == A lot of sneaking without being able to hack into cameras or distract enemies by hacking from afar. I've just done the Heist (v2.1.1 patch) without being detected (except for Smasher in the cut scene). And yes, I can confirm that that in case you sneak through the upper levels of Konpeki, you will face less enemies and completely avoid fighting the mech.
I wondered why the video was so long when I first clicked on it. But with no weapons/hacking allowed it makes sense. This will be interesting to watch.
As a stealth build I am convinced that reboot optics is one of the most broken abilities in all of video games. I don't think there is any sound detection so you can literally just go behind them and "neutralize" them. I didn't even need to get any cybernetics to beat the game.
i know you were trying to imitate solid snake with the stealth aspect... but he does infact have a silenced pistol thats useful for emergencies or quietly dispatching targets that might be out of reach.
If anyone remembers saints row 3 you could get stars with the different gangs in Stillwater they should definitely implement that cause I feel like I don’t get to go full cyberpsycho on nearly enough gangoons
I played on PC at launch and the only real bug was Jackie not following me out the door at 8:50 ... other than that it was just a normal AAA game experience. I'm not terminally online so I wasn't corrupted by gamers and their unreasonable expectations and fantasies...I just sat back and enjoyed the ride. Also, I love stealth so that's how I played, and it took me 156 hours (according to Steam)...Lol I love this game.
25:33 I know what would’ve prevented that but it’s the most expensive leg cybernetic, it’s the “something” paws. (It literally has the word paws at the end, but I can’t remember the first part of the name.)
out of curiosity a bunch of months ago i tried to do the same things, exception made to the fact that i could kill but only with silenced weapon, takedowns and quickhacks. i genuinely got surpised when i found out that the stealth in the game works extremely well (it's seriosly hella good, you need to think how to distract enemies with the ambient around you, you need to figure out what is the best route to take down someone, you need to pay attention to camera and shit, you can use your netrunner abilities to do a lot's of things...it's really a complex and well made stealth system in reality, well...excluding the enemies ai that always found a way to fuck up all the work that you did), but for some reasons all the quest in the game aren't projected to bo taken in a stealth way. for example the konpeki mission, you can do everything stealthy until you reach the underground garage, from that points onward evereything is scripted. you can kill those guard that shoot at delamain but in the moment you enter the car they will respawn, you can absolutely make zero noise but adam smasher will still attack you and so on. the same goes fot that mission where you need to assault the arasaka parade, you can do everything stealthy , but there will always be that scripted scene towards the end of the mission that fuck up everything. so i came to the conslusion that the game was originally projected to allow the player to take on mission in different way and approach, but due to pressure ferom the investors etc etc they ended up releasing the game in an unfinished state that cut out those possibility, still allowing the player to take a stealyh approach on a mission, but always ending up un a scripted way. it's honestly a pity, the more you play this game the more you realize how great it could've been, how many little and different detail there are in it and in how it was originally imaginated, how much love and care they actually put in it and at the same time you realize how greedy investors, the pressure from the public and some standard to reach can ""ruin"" a game. really hope that with phantom liberty their finally gonna put the game in the original state, because from what i saw they basically re did the game from the ground.
Possible inspiration for future video ... Can you Beat Cyberpunk Drunk ? Imagining V (after The Heist) can only do missions when drunk on that case of tequilla? in Jackies Garage??? (also curios if similar to GTA V where you find hidden missions only when blackout drunk if anything like this exists in CP77?)
That Oda takedown where V just takes his arm and... redirects it - Brutal
It literally makes my arm hurt to watch haha!
Every time I do that, I have to bend my elbow just to make sure my arm is still intact

4 - Legendary Ping lets you distract enemies through walls when equipped so it's extremely useful

And yes, I can confirm that that in case you sneak through the upper levels of Konpeki, you will face less enemies and completely avoid fighting the mech.
25:00 sounded like a Skyrim voice actor the guy who played Belathor😂
I'm glad you installed that BMW mod - I've wondered what it looks like in game but wasn't going to download it without seeing it in action!
It is one of the better driving car mods I’ve ever had!
I wondered why the video was so long when I first clicked on it. But with no weapons/hacking allowed it makes sense. This will be interesting to watch.
congratz to 30k subs :) here is to the next 30mil ;)
Oh gosh haha!
You can hack the van in at the start, hit the brake and leave the scavs behind.
I just watched a guy breaking necks for 57 minutes, and somehow I enjoyed it.
As a stealth build I am convinced that reboot optics is one of the most broken abilities in all of video games. I don't think there is any sound detection so you can literally just go behind them and "neutralize" them. I didn't even need to get any cybernetics to beat the game.
technicly no, because there is a mission where you and panam drive in a cave and she drives right in front of the enemies alerting them 🤓
Maybe watch the entire video before commenting lol
i know you were trying to imitate solid snake with the stealth aspect... but he does infact have a silenced pistol thats useful for emergencies or quietly dispatching targets that might be out of reach.
These edits are more satisfying than a chiropractor video
2:55 “THAT IS NOT SOLID SNAKE”
back on release I tried a stealth playthrough, but due to bugs it basically sucked.. glad to see that things are somewhat better now.
If anyone remembers saints row 3 you could get stars with the different gangs in Stillwater they should definitely implement that cause I feel like I don’t get to go full cyberpsycho on nearly enough gangoons
I have PTSD whenever the sound of being detected starts and reload my autosave cause I always prefer being silent than guns blazing
Same! I live playing stealth!
Netrunner skills from afar and sniping without being detected could count as well.
hidden dragon perk would've helped you a lot with this, as would optical cams, not sure if you consider that cheating tho
So this video is basically a neck snapping asmr, right?
I love it!
Correct 👍🏻
Payday 2 has trained me for these kind of stealth missions.
Also, I love stealth so that's how I played, and it took me 156 hours (according to Steam)...Lol
I love this game.
That chiropractor is working overtime today isn't he
Just stumbled upon your channel. Love the content and energy 🙏🏻
25:33 I know what would’ve prevented that but it’s the most expensive leg cybernetic, it’s the “something” paws. (It literally has the word paws at the end, but I can’t remember the first part of the name.)
Yeah the lynx paws. I just prefer double jump way more.
“Mission’s over Fisher!”
Honestly had no idea they had takedown animations for bosses. Most of them look really cool too ill have to test that out in my playthrough
out of curiosity a bunch of months ago i tried to do the same things, exception made to the fact that i could kill but only with silenced weapon, takedowns and quickhacks. i genuinely got surpised when i found out that the stealth in the game works extremely well (it's seriosly hella good, you need to think how to distract enemies with the ambient around you, you need to figure out what is the best route to take down someone, you need to pay attention to camera and shit, you can use your netrunner abilities to do a lot's of things...it's really a complex and well made stealth system in reality, well...excluding the enemies ai that always found a way to fuck up all the work that you did), but for some reasons all the quest in the game aren't projected to bo taken in a stealth way. for example the konpeki mission, you can do everything stealthy until you reach the underground garage, from that points onward evereything is scripted. you can kill those guard that shoot at delamain but in the moment you enter the car they will respawn, you can absolutely make zero noise but adam smasher will still attack you and so on. the same goes fot that mission where you need to assault the arasaka parade, you can do everything stealthy , but there will always be that scripted scene towards the end of the mission that fuck up everything. so i came to the conslusion that the game was originally projected to allow the player to take on mission in different way and approach, but due to pressure ferom the investors etc etc they ended up releasing the game in an unfinished state that cut out those possibility, still allowing the player to take a stealyh approach on a mission, but always ending up un a scripted way. it's honestly a pity, the more you play this game the more you realize how great it could've been, how many little and different detail there are in it and in how it was originally imaginated, how much love and care they actually put in it and at the same time you realize how greedy investors, the pressure from the public and some standard to reach can ""ruin"" a game. really hope that with phantom liberty their finally gonna put the game in the original state, because from what i saw they basically re did the game from the ground.
I've attempted this kind of run but was unable to get into Delamin at the end of the heist without being detected.
Possible inspiration for future video ... Can you Beat Cyberpunk Drunk ?
Imagining V (after The Heist) can only do missions when drunk on that case of tequilla? in Jackies Garage???
(also curios if similar to GTA V where you find hidden missions only when blackout drunk if anything like this exists in CP77?)
i dont get like any cyberpunk content even tho its one of my fav games, glad i found you
there aren't many people making Cyberpunk content for fun!
