The PPSA extends from hamular notch to hamular notch. The cast shows it painted distal to hamular notch. Also fovea palatinae is about 1-2 mm of the anterior vibrating line- not so anterior as in the video
Vidya Bhat kindly can you tell me where is exectly fovea palatine located as i searched it alot in book as one book (Bhatia's Dentogist) says it is in soft palate. But i am nt sure . Please send me a reference for the ans will be thankfull

Hey, yes it should be relieved however its a limiting area too in the sense that the fovea palatine can play a very important role in determining the posterior denture extension. It marks the posterior border of hard palate.
