The room was nicely appointed but I wasn't wowed like I thought I'd be when you hear Ritz Carlton, especially for that room with a side view of the ocean.
I see your point for sure. We just stayed there again a few weeks back and had a much better view. There’s a relaxing zen with these rooms though. Hard to explain. Very peaceful and comfortable
Did they offer you an upgrade to the club lounge when you checked in? Curious to see how much they’d charge to access the club lounge at checkin these days.

Hello and thanks for watching. Service and cleaning was overall pretty good. There were a few small minor things that happened during our stay but certainly nothing big enough to even share in the video. All of the restaurants were pretty good....Salt was our favorite. If you can, I'd recommend going into downtown Fernandina Beach to Espana for dinner. Enjoy your trip there!!

Its so sad that they got rid of their scent for this hotel i loved it so much.

@@mattnrach2016 yes they still have some of the scent but removed most of it due to allergy complaints
we just went last week and it still had its scent. you walk in and it just has that great ritz smell
