Beautiful love shown in 5 min song. The lyrics are mesmerising. This generation will miss such a love as we rarely seen such a strong love or bonding nowdays. Emotions and relationship are just like a piece of paper nowdays. Superstar and Radhika made the moments alive by their natural acting. If you observe, they have less sweet lovey dovey conversations but expressed their feelings well. No matter who say what, this is Ranjith 's masterpiece and definately this song is beyond words.

Surprisingly, they have such amazing chemistry! Since Ramya Krishnan in Padayappa, Radhika Apte is the ONLY actress whose performance has been spoken about in a Rajinikanth film. She's so naturally beautiful and an effortless performer - completely makes her presence felt in the same frame as Rajinikanth. And I completely bought their romance...I don't think I've ever believed that Rajini was in love with any of the heroines he's been asked to romance on screen, but this time I did, because Radhika's performance brought out the best in Rajini, his emotions seemed far more genuine in this film. But I guess it's hard to expect him to look believably in love with mannequins like Aishwarya, Deepika, Shriya and Amy Jackson - those pairings are absolutely embarrassing to watch!
What a nice comment. Radhika only featured in a handful of scenes, but what an impact she created. I already knew she was very talented while watching her in Dhoni, Badlapur, and some other films, but never knew she would command the screen opposite someone like Thalaivar.
Lol, at Thalaivar's mannequin pairings, Amy Jackson and his pairing is going to be a cringe fest, that's for sure. No need to watch 2.0 to know that.

hgd I know right, why couldn't they just retain Aishwarya in the film?! She still looks as young and gorgeous as ever, and she seems to be open to films again, after Jazbaa and ADHM. Either Shankar was playing into the ageism factor, or Aishwarya's salary demand would be too high for an already mega budget film.
