Ich war 1984 in Santa Cruz. Damals war es noch eine Kleinstadt, ohne Hochhäuser und weitestgehend ohne befestigte Straßen. Die Verbindung vom Flughafen zur Innenstadt glich mehr einem Feldweg und die Fahrt mit dem Offroader war nicht nur bei Regen ein echtes Abenteuer. Die wenigen vorhandenen Hotels im Ort hatten das Ambiente eines Gefängnisses. Ist die Stadt heute lebenswerter?
Wie du Santa Cruz beschreibst, gleicht es den meisten kleineren Städten in Bolivien. Man sieht deutlich in der Stadt selbst wie neu alles ist und wie schnell es gewachsen sein muss. Wir waren drei Wochen da und es war die erste Stadt die uns nach Brasilien (wir kamen mit Auto von der Grenze) halbwegs gefallen hat. Die Leute die ich dort getroffen habe, schwärmen davon, was die Stadt zu bieten hat (Restaurants, Infrastruktur, Kultur- und Bildungsmoeglichkeiten). Ich gehe also davon aus, dass die Lebensqualität gut ist und vergleichbar mit Europa. Was wir jetzt im Nachhinein noch in unsere Topliste von Bolivianischen Städten nehmen können, ist Sucre! 🇧🇴👍
Santa Cruz uma cidade onde há muitos estudantes de medicina, muitos brasileiros por aí, ainda não fui para Santa Cruz mas já tenho muita informação, gostei do vídeo foi um passeio gostoso aliás é muito bom poder fazer essas viagens apesar dos gastos envolvido e o trabalho que dá. Si te gusta Asuncion y su cultura, también deberías conocer las Misiones Jesuiticas de Chiquitos patrimonio de la humanidad en Santa Cruz, es otra de las cosas que compartimos con el hermano país del Paraguay, aunque las Misiones en Bolivia aún continúan vivas a diferencia de las del resto del continente.
Vielen sagen dass Cochabamba sehr schön ist! Leider sind wir von Oruro direkt nach La Paz gefahren. Wohnst du in Santa Cruz? Auch eine sehr schöne Stadt ☺️
@@Frankysodyssey Leben. Ich lebe in Cochabamba. Es ist ein guter Ort zum Lernen, um Arbeit zu finden, es gibt viele Restaurants und viele Aktivitäten. Sucre ist sehr hübsch, aber zu klein. Mehr als eine Woche in Sucre und es ist langweilig. Die wichtigsten Veranstaltungen in Bolivien wie Konzerte, Messen... finden in La Paz, Cochabamba und Santa Cruz statt.
Es sieht sehr sauber und geordnet aus dort, ich hätte jetzt von dem her, was im Video gezeigt wird, nicht gedacht, daß es chaotischer als Asunción ist. Sieht viel schöner aus. Sehr schöne Musik!

Sauber ist es da nicht. War jetzt mehrmals dort, meine Frau kommt daher. Es ist voller müll und auf den märkten z.b. in los pozos reicht's teilweise echt übel. Ruhig ist es auf keinen Fall. Sie hat hier das typische wohlhabenden Touristen Video gedreht. Vom Barrio, z.b. plan 3000 hat sie keine Ahnung. Auch wenn man mal ca ne Stunde rausfährt sieht man an den Straßen immer wieder kleine Siedlungen die aussehen wie ein slum in Afrika. Keine türen in den häusern, Boden aus Erde, starke Armut
Vielleicht sollte ich Bolivien doch noch eine Chance geben 😉👍. Wenn Wasser auf der salzwüste ist finde ich es noch beeindruckender. Bin schon gespannt auf euer Video. Viel Spaß noch

Las calles parecen mucho mejor que las de Asunción y sus plazas también. Asunción es un desastre absoluto lamentablemente. Uds qué opinan? Independientemente de si es peor o mejor que Asunción, creen que Santa Cruz o Bolivia sería un buen lugar para vivir siendo europeo??

Creo que Santa Cruz es muy popular entre los europeos. hay muchas escuelas y la infraestructura es buena. también vimos muchos menonitas por cierto (pero en su mayoría fuera de la ciudad). Prefiero Asunción porque es más verde y tranquila pero el centro de Santa Cruz es hermoso. el centro de Asunción ha visto tiempos mejores😉
SantaCruz still on development maybe if Asuncion, the capital stagnates 10 years or Bolivia move the capital to there then ya with resources can match or surpass it but atm ya NOPE, Asuncion still a capital with the whole country resources laying around on that city.

Hi Christopher! We chose Paraguay after two years of researching. Bolivia was not one of our options back then. But now having traveled through the country and knowing more about it, I can say it is for sure interesting to explore, but we are still happy to have the residency in 🇵🇾 I’m a fan of Asunción, very similar to Santa Cruz, but most places seemed too corrupt for me. We rarely had police encounters in Paraguay, but in Bolivia sometimes multiple times a day, that made us feel more uncomfortable there. For sure you should visit though and check for yourself how you like it! Are you interested in coming with kids? Ich war erst einmal in einer Favela (in Rio de Janeiro) und das war eine wo ein Teil davon für Touristen bereit gemacht wurde. Die hatten schicke Partys, Cafés usw. Also sehr touristisch. Wir waren nur dort für ein Restaurant mit schöner Aussicht. Ansonsten würde ich eher ungern dort filmen 😉
