Five things you can do to enhance your cloud computing professional career that have nothing to do with cloud computing.
Be a continuous learner.
o Courses on UA-cam
o Read books.
o Formal online training.
o Cloud brand-specific training.
Work for free.
o Articles.
o Videos.
o Volunteer.
o Speak.
o Mentoring.
Create and maintain personal relationships with other cloud pros.
o Assist when asked.
o Ask for assistance if needed.
o Use social networking.
Don’t be a shill for a specific cloud provider or any technology (unless you work for that technology company).
Do at least one thing a month that steps you out of your comfort zone.

Great tips, David! I know that some people oppose “free work” but it our domain it’s a way to go above and beyond mundane/predefined roles - it takes us out of our comfort zone and that’s where the growth lies. You are the best!!!
