Hi my dearies! Today is a walk in Caloocan city. The first would be at the regular resident's place along the small market place. Lastly, we'll be walking at the in between pathways next to the the slum's houses. Hope you'd enjoy the happy life of people here ☺️

"Pobre mas alegre" - amazing. So beautiful to see children walking around with bright eyes filled with laughter rather than phones in their hands. Money buys happiness for some but it certainly has no place when it comes to pure joy.

I learned that the Spanish took some Filipinos to Mexico and some Mexican s to Philippines makes sense why some people have some similar features

Have you ever considered starting a "clean up" campaign ? All of that street trash is flushed to the ocean every time it rains. An environmental class in elementary school would be a great start. I would work with you. So much of your local food comes from the ocean, yet the streets and back alleys you walk on flow so much pollution into it....
