I appreciate when you mention when you’ve waited for the paint to dry before starting again. Often times I’m continuing to paint when I should have stopped to allow things to dry. I get too excited to keep painting and finish.

A beautiful painting of a charming cafe. I love the method...I used to do architectural interior renderings, using pen and Pantone Markers, but for some reason unknown to me, I am paralyzed when it comes to painting. Watching your videos gives me courage to start. Soon. Maybe. LOL Thank you.

I have the same trestle table. You will find it helpful to place 4 strips of hardwood strips beneath the table top across the trestle to prevent the desktop from warping/sagging. Keeps the top flat
I love this way of painting! I think it’s harder but the results are amazing . Can you tell me what is this way of painting called? Is it easier for you to sketch then paint or the other way???
If you like wetting the paper and would like to work on a flat surface, you can “stretch” the paper (wetting and taping down with specific tape) or you can buy paper in blocks. Best to you 🌸

I, too live in a very hot country and it dries really fast so I need to work fast. I like the table, my back hurts when making art

I use a hp stand and iPhone for recording for now. I’m using Holbein watercolours in this, which I bought in tubes and made the half pans myself 😄❤️
