@@not_fl4sh4218 No they don't. True raytracing is hardware based and can only be done on the DirectX12 or Vulkan api. Minecraft java edition uses OpenGL. It uses fake raytracing, which is why you can do this "raytracing" on cards that don't have rt cores like a GTX 1650.
u might be using the inegrated graphics of the cpu check ur pc to see if ur hdmi cable is plugged into the graphics card or the motherboard and make sure its on the graphics card, if ur on laptop u have to go into ur laptops settings and choose to use the gpu not the inegrated gpu, hope it helps.

you should use performance mods as vanilla minecraft is so unoptimised you could easily get 2000+fps with this combo optifine is no longer good

It is a 600w bronze rated supply. It is too much for this build tho you only need 500-550 for the 4060 since it is very effiecient.
