There is another place where the Ghist Shopkeeper spawns (major spoilers).
At the Eggplant World, there will be a 2×2 dirt area surrounded by the other type of tiles. Blow it up, and there will be a Ghist shop.

I think ghists are dead Hired Help/Cavemen. Every spawned corspe of a caveman has a ghist next to it.

what if being cursed made you un affected by 3 min ghost
u could gem again but its still risky at 1 health
