I can imagine a greek naval commander, 3 ships at his sides, looking out into a sea of Persians. A woman in a wingsuit, gliding down into a world of unknowns to find what once was lost. I just realised that there is a story comprised of the titles of each song. 1. A legend is born 2. We hear of their saga 3. We see them rise 4. We see them boldy go on and fight 5. Seems to be reminiscent of the story of Arthas to me, where the 9th song was where Arthas used some unjust means to obtain holy ends. The 13th song would be a redemption arc that Arthas should have had, yet did not seem to have. The Bible seems to teach that holy ends do not justify unjust means. This is why we have due process in USA. Although it may let some people go legally free when they deserve to be punished, due process upholds the integrity of the nation and prevents it from descending into tyranny, where far more injustice will ironically take place than if a guilty person was let go by the legal system to uphold due process.

A lot of research has been done on marathon runners and there bone structures are all jacked up from running. It’s even worse if your running and your overweight. Because you have so much excess weight on your body so your bone structure suffers more. A lot fat people after loosing weight they have bad knees and ankles. Science wise it also does something called free radicals which is what happens when you smoke cigarettes now that one you have to do some research. But it’s simple logic.

23:40 the theme that played in my head the moment I found out my mother passed away, and she stopped breathing… and 24:20 is when it hit me the most… the day after the funeral on August 9, the moment I realized my life would never be the same again knowing I felt truly alone and helpless at that moment…that was the last time I got to see her in the flesh. My guardian angel that I held so close to my heart, who taught me everything was taken from me…then something else eventually kicked in…aggression, guilt, hatred and pent up rage as 25:01 came around…a darker vengeful spirit took over my body and I felt such seething anger inside. That’s when I was realize all the pain and trauma was a reality. Losing any sense of sanity I left I had a violent outburst. Fortunately one of my good friends were able to snap me back to reality. Supporting me no matter what and to ensure me I’m never truly alone. Now I realize I must stay strong and never lose my sanity and let my pain and anger get the best of me. I've been struggling with pushing myself forward after my husband's suicide. The whole 12 years he was living a double life and when I found out about it I was in disbelief. 23:40 the theme that played in my head the moment I found out my mother passed away, and she stopped breathing… and 24:20 is when it hit me the most… the day after the funeral on August 9, the moment I realized my life would never be the same again knowing I felt truly alone and helpless at that moment…that was the last time I got to see her in the flesh. My guardian angel that I held so close to my heart, who taught me everything was taken from me…then something else eventually kicked in…aggression, guilt, hatred and pent up rage as 25:01 came around…a darker vengeful spirit took over my body and I felt such seething anger inside. That’s when I was realize all the pain and trauma was a reality. Losing any sense of sanity I left I had a violent outburst. Fortunately one of my good friends were able to snap me back to reality. Supporting me no matter what and to ensure me I’m never truly alone. Now I realize I must stay strong and never lose my sanity and let my pain and anger get the best of me. I’m stronger than my trauma. I love u so much mother🥺 you’re an inspiration and I will accomplish all the goals I set out to do and in spirit you’ll be by my side! That’s a promise! The snap back to reality ended at the 27:18-27:44 mark

I usually search for these types of musics to train and surpass my limits by it never really helped me until I found this video, especially the first music, the best part of it dropped mid-set and I swear to god I had an adrenaline boost I never experienced before and I annihilated the muscle
The first score was so full of drama and finesse towards the end. I think this playlist would really go well with the concepts I make in my art.

Without wishing to underestimate your knowledge, I simply believe that there were no better and braver warriors than those in antiquity. I've been struggling with pushing myself forward after my husband's suicide. The whole 12 years he was living a double life and when I found out about it I was in disbelief. I confronted John about it and he literally went in the backyard and shot himself. Some days I'm barely moving forward....I feel like I take one baby step forward and then I'm thrown 4 steps back.
I often wonder how different the world would be if everyone took a moment to unwind with some peaceful tunes. It's a remedy for the soul.
