@@jbondstudios7672 Have you ever used gundam markers instead of paint? I never customised my figures and it seems a bit easier to do. Not sure if it d be better than your blackwash though.
Would benefit from going back over him with highlight colors and flush out some of the darker areas. For me the blackwash is just the first step. I took it a few steps further painted the fake yellow gold plastic with actual gold paint and high lighted the body to bring it back to a uniform look but with the advantage of the blackwash in darker areas. And there is a lot of potential in the head with a little paint this figure can look fantastic.
When doing something like this, do the figures remain 'sticky' after the fact? If you pick up the figure a month later, does paint continue to rub off?
Thank u so much for posting this, because of this I was able to make my first wash. U rock
Your customize figures of king sphinx, ranger slayer, and evox are fantastic and I wish Hasbro can see that.😉
Thanks

Can you customize batman as a bat mighty morphin ranger?
The paint needs to be thinned down more for an actual wash because it is too thick and dark still.
GOD DAMN M8!

You need to apply a matte clear coat varnish to really stop that.
Also use better acrylic paints that adhere better not cheap craft paints.
