My parents recently built home in native place , our Budget got imbalanced in between meanwhile I got the job , paying all the debts sideby my brother is also getting ready for his graduation. I'll have to look into it. And at last my parents says you'll have to live somewhere else "yaha hometown rah kar kya karoge." I am worried now , by the end of my brothers graduation I'll be 26 and the home loan will also take sometime. I don't think I will be able to save any penny by that time. By that age they will start forcing me to get married. I want to give my future family a good life but not sure how will that happen.
I would advice you to talk these things with your parents and I am sure they understand. Just ask them to give you sometime which you think will be enough for you.

Hi. It was a thoughtful video. I just had one query. Is the ROI for EMI fixed or floating? If its floating, how do u manage repaying the changing EMI as the amount it is not pretty certain after changes in interest rates.
ROI of my home loan is floating. When then ROO changes Bank will not increase your EMI instead it will increase tenure of your loan. For example if you took loan for 15 years and the bank increased ROI later than your loan tenure will increase from 15 to 18 or 20 but the EMI will remain same.

Bro aapke wife and brother , wo bhi EMI ya downpayment mai contribute kare hai kya, and since job IT ki hai toh thoda risky nhi ho gya ki heavy emi aap 15 years ke liye plan kr rhe hai, what if ki apke wife ka job location change ho aur kharche badh jae ya aap baby plan kro
And if possible ek video essentials in 20s ke upar bhi bna dijiye, like insurance kounse liye hai aapne, investment tools kounse use krte ho aap, and practical things which you think outside job and for future we should plan
My brother and I share the EMI. Also the loan was initially for 15 years but we paid in advance and brought it down to 9 years. We are trying to close the loan in the next 3-4 years. There is a bit of a risk for sure but we felt it will be manageable.
