Just a reminder to NOT use heat on your hair everyday. I would suggest not using heat on your hair more than two times a week.
Exactly….. that’s the main reason why I am not giving in to this trend. The bangs have to be styled (with heat) in order to look good
@@Urmomlolllllll not really,, i have curtain bangs and i've never used heat on my hair (obviously except a blow dryer) you can style them even without heat and it usually looks good as well :)

My hair stylist gave me these but they aren't wavy AT ALL and now I can't do ponytails without looking like an idiot. My hair is as straight as uncooked spaghetti. When I try making it wavy it just gives it a bunch of little curls.

u can use a straightener,round brush and hair dryer or just use rollers

I had this too, only thing that helped for me was putting in a hair roller and sleeping with it during the night. Gave me nice curtain bangs in the morning!
When I just got them I tried styling them with a hair straightener, got curls just like you and they looked horrible, then a blow dryer with a round brush, didn't work either.
So now I do this and it works amazing!

thing is...i don't have straight hair like most of these girls, nor do i have rlly curly it's just that mine are a lil wavy and just not in place no matter how much i style them and yea that's why i hide my curtain bangs behind my ears at least that way they don't look too out of place. i'm just waiting for them to grow out a little
Literally me , My hair was really straight and i never had to straighten it but rn it's soo wavy i can't even leave my hair free bcz it looks like a mess without straightening it so hard , And i had front bangs but since the place where I live it's always so hot , I didn't get a proper chance to wear my bangs so i always end up pinning it , I am soo fed up i want straight hair like i had before it's definitely more easy to manage

i cut one of my bangs 2 short for no reason so it looks bad and my bangs usually end up looking bad but i haven't tried the blow dry brush so ill have to get that and try

Since there doesnt seem to be a variety of hair textures in this video here ...For the women of color with non-straight hair or textured hair and want to avoid heat damage...You can simply use a big roller and roll your hair back overnight.. I use a bendy big foam roller every night and boom the next day I have a curtain bang.
It never works for me 😢

From my experience, grow it out….
Blow dry with a round brush once/twice a week max. On other days pin back so the hair doesn’t get too much heat damage. If you keep styling, the hair will end up breaking off and you might get stuck with the bangs for a looooong time.
