My advice to you - understand that the outside won’t change but you can change how you react on it. Take look in Eckhard Tolle Videos and his book „Now“. Additionally go in the Forrest to calm down and re-connect with the energies there to find more inner peace. And last, potentially it has to do with your old/still existing you - so go in reflection & transforming of shadows, etc.

I think the hang up moments in the previous couple days has been existential crisis with everything going on in the U.S. politically/supreme court etc
But I think this also just shapes the path. …
and momentary panic is definitely understandable I think , continued panic is unproductive.
Don't concern yourself with too much of the political stuff, it's a whirlpool of Negativity that'll just pull you in, leave that 3D distraction alone, it'll play out how it will anyway.
