Prophecy (Isaiah-Malachi) | Shawn Williams

We often think of prophets as some form of fortune teller-those who can see and share about the future. But the role of the Biblical prophet was much greater than that. They were Israelite people who had some sort of encounter with God and were then commissioned to be His messenger on earth.
Here, Pastor Shawn focuses on the prophecy books of the Bible, specifically the book of Hosea (hands up, who has never heard of Hosea?!). The Prophecy books of the Bible, and the story of Hosea and Gomer, demonstrate that God makes it clear He desires a relationship with us, and not our compliance to rules or religion.
