There was a time I asked God for an intentional and deliberate love, one of those old fashioned loves that transcends time. He said to me slow down and you will see that is exactly how I (the Great I am) love you. This message came as a love note from my King, the God of the universe reminding me to slow down to relish in and savor His love for me. Thank you!

I didnt think I needed this but the Lord always proves me wrong. watching this made me realize that this season of my life is the very first one I have slowed down in, but I need to go even slower than I already am. one word that keeps popping up is Pause. Just Pause and be with God, stop all the fast pace, and I have to do this, this , and this, an just stop to be with him, hear him. An this video helped a lot. thanks so much for this, God is so good, answering even the smallest of prayers.
Greetings from Ada, Oklahoma!! Wow...just wow. I initially started this as a podcast on my way to work on Monday. I had to do a couple of errands on the way to the office, making my commute a little longer than normal. About 12 miles from the office, my truck broke down. LOL, I just couldn't escape the irony of listening to a podcast about slowing down and then being forced to literally slow down. Everything was okay, but I got to watch the full episode today and it spoke so deeply to me. I'm wired as an achiever (type 3 on the enneagram) and have been having a revolution of my soul over the last year as God has been working on my motivations for achieving and doing vs. just being with Him. Thank you for sharing this! It was a powerful word and much needed for me in this season of life. I'll be passing it on to others.

Thank you for this. We go way back to the Seven days at the OG SLK campus. Recently going through some physically, mentally, and spiritually hard stuff that put myself in a self sabotaging place. This message had a divine timing and on repeat! Always been a spiritual leader for me my dude. Thank you for staying obedient and biblical.
Just the first few sentences helped me with my day! I started to get overwhelmed. Questioned my position, Gods direction and purpose. I have all my life felt I was behind or always missed a step. This was growing up from rejection, abandonment and neglect. Also coming from a religious family that made you feel like you never got it right and missed the mark. Thank you for this!

Started the premiere when it was on the Habakkuk verses and I nearly cackled. It's one of my favorite verses, I have verse 3 on a coffee mug... and yet a bunch of the very few UA-cam channels I follow are putting out this Holy Spirit inspired message. Im typically really good at waiting, patience is a virtue I value highly. But I KNOW Ive been rushing and missing His promptings, having trouble with prayer when it has been one of favorite things to do for a while and connecting to Him through reading scripture has been like driving a sputtering car. Ohhh and I got laringitis recently, since recovered, but I'm having trouble singing and sleeping. I feel so dumb. Im not even sure what went wrong. I feel like the Lord wants me to rely on Him more, but I now want to hide under the covers because I feel like Im not getting this lesson.

As I was listening to this, the Holy Spirit brought to mind , " Love is patient." God is love and therefore patient, Himself! The way we love should be patient!! If we hurt others and want to mend the relationship, we should show love for them the way God showed love to us, by being patient with their hurts!

The Holy Spirit used this to confirm some things that are going on in my life at the moment.😍
Recently I have felt VERY stressed (mostly due to work) leaving me feeling exhausted. And yet when I pray asking Him what's going on, all I hear is "take it easy, listen to your body". It just makes.no.sense! I want to ask why questions like, Why now? Why not last year? But it seems pointless as I have learned from experience that those are questions He rarely answers.
Also, emotions and anxiety have been coming out of me sideways.😐 So tomorrow I'll have my first counseling session. I need tools. I'd love supernatural healing, but I feel like I'm in a season where He wants me to lean on others. Not something that comes naturally to me, lol.
Today I was chatting with a friend and I felt the Holy Spirit show me that there's a purpose to this...

Race comes out of Rank
I guess it depends on my willingness to do the work my position requires. Over the rage that is acquired by rating of a rank.
Maybe I’ll run today try to set a pace externally so if internally I want to rank, I’ve be conditioned by my position to pace. We will see I’ll check in 7 days let you see if it worked. I can’t say I have confidence in myself to stay consistent. I want to be someone that God always says, where are the other nine?
To be know as His House for Grateful lepers. I never want to be known by my diseases (both literal and figurative). It seems so odd before to thank Him for something He could have prevented. Not saying I get it all. Just saying that I don’t despise the diseases like before. I don’t use them to describe myself in anyway. My prayer is I can get to the place that the healing begins the conversation and the pain was the most important part of the process to gratitude. Maybe I secretly pray God allows me to go serve in a 3rd world country where I won’t have rats racing around me.

Perfect timing
When you talked about hurrying regarding the pain of loved ones. I laughed. Because i stopped and slowed down regarding my loved one 4 yrs ago, and nothing has changed. He is still in as much pain as he was then and just isolates. Meanwhile i sit back and wait. It's been 4 yrs. It's like we are frozen in time.
So true, going fast gets you nowhere faster… And always miss much about yourself seriously though!
