Hello my lovelies! Thank you so much for stopping by! If you want to know more about me and my disability I have so many more videos on how I do things as a blind woman. Here is a playlist for you to check out if you want to ➡️ ua-cam.com/play/PLA3FFfZb0BUKCgTVsxC3wZMrsUKcZpUdE.html
You are SO amazing! I have tremendous respect for you. Thank you for showing us your world, we can all learn many things from you, especially your lovely spirit and upbeat character. Bless you.
Hi!! Uhm can you awnser my questions? 1st one is how do you know if it is a push or pull door? 2nd one How do you know which building are which? And 3rd one how do you exit a building?
Blind girl: *pulls a door that should be pulled* Me who can see perfectly fine: *pushes a pull door even tho it's written in capital letters on the door* 😶😬
Same. I have very very bad vision, and I’m at high risk of getting an eye disease or serious problem, and I’ve always been scared that I might go blind
How would she see this comment.like bruh she's blind.first of all what's the point of her comments if she's blind.i promise I'm not trying to be rude that she's blind.i have a friend that's blind and they are the best friend ever.

I appreciate all the videos you take the time out to make! I love the fact that you answer all questions: daft ones and all! I adore the fact that you don’t get annoyed at us for asking weird questions but instead you’re very understanding and explain things in a wonderful manner. Love ya Lucy ❤️
They are! I wish everyone who wanted the experience could have it. There’s nothing like zooming down the sidewalk with a guide by your side. It takes time to get to this point, but once the team understands each other, it’s the equivalent to two partners dancing.
I love you Lucy! You are very inspiring and kind. I love your video and they teach me a lot, even since my little sister is blind. Thanks you and have a great day!!! 👍🏻❤️
The woman who tuned pianos at our academy was blind, and she always let me play and pet her guide dog when she'd gotten settled and taken the harness off - those were the best practice interruptions ever :)
two beautiful girls in one video 😻💗 thank you for posting these videos, it’s helped me to be more aware as a sighted person as to what i can do to properly help someone who is blind should i ever find myself in that situation
You are awesome!!! Thank you so much for also sharing how important it is for people to understand how important it is for human and guide to be able to walk together I am to let people allow your guide dog to do his job. Again, thank you so much. Keep being awesome you two!!! ☺️🐾🐾👍
Hello my lovely, I absolutely adore your videos. Could you please do a How a blind girl watches television or How a blind girl makes her bed video please. Best of luck on your future endeavors and can't wait to further educate myself on how you live your daily life as a blind individual ❤️
There's a very long waiting list & it's very difficult to get a dog not only bc of the costs to train but also the time! Esp because of the pandemic, Guide Dogs UK has seen less donations (and they can't open any stores or do any fundraising) so it is becoming harder as they do hire a lot of people, trainers are not volunteers but there's also other employees within the charity that are not volunteers on quite high wages. I wonder how long it'll take her to get a new guide dog since Olga is retiring! And if she's going private or through Guide Dogs UK. (You can pay to have your pet trained to be a guide dog if you really wanted to and have the money for it!)
I don't know how it works in the UK, but I think it costs way more than equal to 50p to have a dog through Guide Dogs for the Blind(an American organization similar to Guide Dogs UK.) Coz anything medical related has to be overpriced in the US....
@@mjbutnotmaryjane no way! This warms my heart. If I went blind though, I would probably end up doing training privately so I can get it faster coz there's a waiting list usually and dogs are amazing babies.
I think you are a great inspiration but now I think both you and your dog are so inspirational. She’s such a good intelligent girl with eyes of gold. May God bless you both ❤️
I just can’t believe how many things a blind person can do scene I don’t know anyone that’s blind. I’m glad that you make these because I truly know how to respond and know what a blind person is doing when there on the streets or in their house etc. I love your channel and it’s amazing and so are you! Have a good day!!!
This is just one of those things that makes dogs so wonderful! I’ve always been more of a cat person, but I still love dogs too and hope to have one in the future!
The Bond you and Ogla Have makes me truly happy. My BFF Remi was my dog and we had a great 13 years together and she passed away last month. On my birthday. My dad came over everybody was crying hard. I have one Question! Do you ever worry Ogla is going to run in to someone or something?
The public needs much more of a positive education like this because ‘society’ often adds much worse barriers than the ones people with disabilities already struggle with. But even better is that you help motivate some of us other people with disabilities to want to do more for ourselves. Thank you. ❤
I love how blind people don't only see their guide dogs as guide dogs, but also companion animals that they love and care for like you do your pets. It's all about teamwork. Lucy gives Olga love and care and Olga keeps Lucy safe.
Dogs are truly amazing. They are so intelligent and able to help blind people and lots of other people and other situations. And the best part, especially with guide dogs/support dogs is that they are so happy. I hope they know how loved and appreciated they are. From the videos of yours that I have seen, you seem to have an amazing bond 🥰💜
Seeing service dogs always makes me happy because you know they love what they are doing(they wouldn’t be doing it otherwise). I think dogs smart enough to be service dogs really enjoy the everyday challenges.
Love it! ❤ Off the topic but still a very relevant thing: Even though I would never disturb a working guide dog, I can say it’s hard. Because it’s such an adorable and heart-warming thing to see, the instinct says to go and hug the dog. Before the rational thinking obviously comes in and saves the situation. So I perfectly undestand children and some impulsive adults making that mistake. That’s why it is so important to explain it to people and wear a special leash or sign that informs them. Just the other day I was so glad to see a video of such a good parent explaining her child why it’s not okay. It was a great example of how it should be done. Instead of harshly saying no and hushing the child she explained kindly and in a way the child actually understands the issue and the reason behind it, all the while being respectful and polite to the handler as well❤
The fact that she blinde and knows tu pull and push, mean wile me still trying to figur out how to open a normall door! Your a kind person and you have inspired so many pepoll with the same problem. I wish you all the best
I love how you're so informative about how a blind person like yourself manages day to day tasks :) it's so interesting to learn all these new things about how blind people manage their tasks and things which I never even knew about before. I love how positive and wholesome you are as well :) ! Great videos 😄😁
