'Jazz that's infinity' My whole channel summed up in three words...I'll get my coat, can the last one here switch off the lights and make sure the Super-i-ometer is powered down
It's funny but it sounded an awful lot like 68' composition by Frank Zappa
Agree. Vey Zappaesque.a@@guyprins6340
But dude, it’s Fusion Magic.
She looks like you in a way. it turned you into a cute chick. Is AI using flattery to win us over ?
I was thinking that.
Not just terrifying, but absolutely f***ing horrible.
There's something sickeningly enjoyable here though.
Franz Kafka, the story goes, encountered a little girl in the park where he went walking daily. She was crying. She had lost her doll and was desolate.
Kafka offered to help her look for the doll and arranged to meet her the next day at the same spot.
Unable to find the doll he composed a letter from the doll and read it to her when they met.
'Please do not mourn me, I have gone on a trip to see the world. I will write you of my adventures.'
This was the beginning of many letters. When he and the little girl met he read her from these carefully composed letters the imagined adventures of the beloved doll. The little girl was comforted.
When the meetings came to an end Kafka presented her with a doll. She obviously looked different from the original doll. An attached letter explained 'My travels have changed me.'
Many years later, the now grown girl found a letter stuffed into an unnoticed crevice in the cherished replacement doll.
In summary it said:
*Every thing that you love, you will eventually lose, but in the end, love will return in a different form."
Kafka strangled that doll, didn't he?
It may return, but it won't be love anymore.
probably needed the Terminator face pulsing in the middle of the image for greater emphasis of the point- this is going to go really well, this death of art
Seems like "200 Motels" without the naughty bits.
Gentle Mother of Gong has a great bassist!
Next week, same space and time... _"The ten greatest chips!"_
When Andy's face comes close I'm like "Here he comes again!"
"America Takes LSD And Goes Home." (Possible Frank Zappa/Mothers song from a creepy parallel universe.)
The only Zappa it reminded me of was "Yo Cats", his scabrous take-down of session musicians which is a pisstake of Fusion/Smooth Jazz. Graham Davis (Mint Douche, Gabba Zappa Hey!, AMM All-Stars) is currently working on a version of Burnt Weeny Sandwich, and I discovered the poster that went with the US release. Motorhead Sherwood is prominent, the roadie who graduated to saxophonist (of sorts!). Zappa needed virtuosi, it's true, but it didn't diminish his relish of PERSONALITY (something sessionmen and AI cannot do).
All I can hear is very early Zappa, only this Zappa is highly addicted to hallucinogenic drugs.
I'm going to play this to telephone scammers when they call.
About the onlu use for it
I'm sure Henry Cow was there.
I had a similar result a few hours ago after watching Rick Beato's latest musing. I asked Suno to create a free jazz tune in the style of Sun Ra. It was the second best laugh I had this week. It would be difficult to surpass the comedy of watching the scene under the airplane in the movie Sisu where Jorma Tommila is hanging on by his pick.
A very disturbing but beautiful world! 😂
DEVO would concur!
0:45 I'm sure I've heard that on a Godley & Creme album...
Thankfully, I was sober at the time of viewing.
I DO hear "Curved Air" & "Zappa" mostly...
So she's your John Peel of sorts?
tabs please
Don't fear the reaper, she said.
Terrifying but i laughed through the whole thing
My dog's not happy.
It's still better than Gentle Giant
It does sound like In a Glass House in some parts
@@jdmresearch It's the vocals that always get me. The music is ok.
@@sdwill66 it’s ok….not everyone can appreciate real prog
Wash your mouth with soap
Where’s the John McLaughlin?
What happened to the 10 greatest biscuits?
I want to know where Jam Sandwich Creams come on the list.
Wellcome to the machine, eh...
I actually have dreams like this
Where can I get a copy and destroy it.
Sounds like a Mr Bungle and John Zorn mashup.😂
Pay no attention behind the man behind the digits.
I don't know. I kind of liked it.
If you ever do this to us again I will destroy my pc!
Far out man!!!
I prefered their early stuff.
WTF ?
Lol.
My vomit was scared
You cowardly vomit...my vomit is like a Lion...
Frightful jelly. Pretty good name for a band.
Wtf? :D
What this is not Taylor Swift?
Sounds very early soft machine to me.
I have always said they were a competent copy of Zappa in the early days
And can you do video of not over rated or underrated but a video of about right in their fame or un fame! "About right unfamous" Hawkwind, Opeth type famous bands but your version!
What a waste of electricity - ai is dumb and probably always will be.
It just sounds like a much less harsh version of the first 3 Mothers of Invention albums
Zappa lives large in this collage. And a bit of Python!
Does Gloria dream of electric biscuits?
I'll buy it if it's on cd I've got worse
Definitely the Mothers from around 1968.
You fed a lot of Zappa into that machine.
Underrated. One of the few bands that are better live than in the studio.
I think I have PTSD now from that intro.
So do I!!!
Why are you so afraid of strong and independent wAImen who don't need no humans? No, scrap that. I think I just answered my own question.
@@TheGreatIndoors1979 AI Men...they are on their way
Zappa, Van Dyke Parks, Hermeto, Henry Cow, Hatfield & the North
And, weirdly, hints of The Association!😅
That would fit nicely in one minute intervals on Uncle Meat
Is this the "New sound" that Rudy Van Disarzio and Spider Dijon were looking for?
I was waiting for this 🙂
Strong Frank Zappa influence, under the influence of jazz, with a pinch of . . . je ne sais pas
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tanhauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Hang on, it was all AI generated, a cosmic joke? Deckard, give me the gun, I'll do it myself.
AI can probably make dance/pop music (club music) as well as humans, but I doubt it’ll ever make real music better than actual humans. Perhaps young people will come to their senses and value soul in music again?
This can't be true! What the hell is this and why is anyone doing this? What if AI was only used a little bit here and there, replace the drummer for example but not everywhere - that could be OK. Sad really that real musicians will disappear. Oh well, it sounds quite OK, not too bad, and it is so practical and easy!
Going through the five stages of grief in one go: denial. anger. bargaining. depression. acceptance.
Resistance is futile, we WILL be assimilated.
The end of music, as we know it.......😢
It all started with multitracks and click tracks, sequencers, arpeggiators drum machines with an Auto fill button, now it’s just the button. AI is isn’t the start of something new, it’s the end of something old. Rock and and roll is very forgiving, rock and roll is real people in real time sharing an experience. It’s about communicating human to human. People are going to have to go out if they want it. Dagnabbit !
the guitar made it easier to play music than hauling a grand piano around! bastards! I sorta agree and sorta don't. Tools and advancement are fine, AI is something much broader than a tool, it's a fake deity, brought to you by people with the ethics of Bill Gates ect. Ugh.
excellent! now you can invite Miles Davis and ask him about his future plans - remasters, archive releases!!
Just sounds like some random Frank Zappa track to me. That floating face in the clouds, though...that WAS terrifying.
That was the definitely the 10 breadest biscuits hands down
Zappa clearly dominates this space.
Futuristic Hatfield and the North
This video uploaded at 6:00 in the morning!? You're worse than me
He's on blarny time.
Yeah I posted on of these AI videos a while back. Not as good as yours.
Just after the piano solo there’s a vocal line that reminds me of Zappa “the things that used to be green in the black and white movies”
Does anyone know which A.I programme was used? Would love to try it out…
Meh, I prefer the other future that's being crafted, with mixed reality and holograms and a thriving underground. Too bad not enough people pay to allow what's left of the underground to survive.
Don't fear the future. We already got to live in the best time in history. Let the next generations suffer from human mistakes. We'll be dust. Also, Andy, being one of the smarter guy's I know-your ignorance on American Politics regarding Trump versus the monsters on the Left is disappointing! Study more-listen less to the left-wing media and you'll get it...
Don't fear the reaper , she said
Okay...The smartest! I admit it!
What freaked me is Google sent me round the internet houses for one hour to prove I was me to watch it.
Not only is it terrifying now, but imagine what it will be like in 5 or 10 years! People who see AI as a good thing have no sense of how our reality will be forever altered by this abomination. Soon we won't know what's real or artificial anymore. Then we'll be royally screwed. In fact, it's already hard for many to tell the difference between truth and fiction, and it will only get worse.
More easily appreciated by listening to without watching.
If this is AI, I'm hooked. I write music and will continue to do so, because it is what keeps me sane. I'm only concerned for those who make a living competing with this. Soon, they won't be able to, and that is sad.
crazy....that sounded like Henry Cow.
The result of dropping a 4-way hit of burgundy window payne 🙀😾😹
I think it's worth noting that the lyrics are fucking lame
If every new recording is autotuned as an industry standard, this is where we are going.
Chris Cutler’s on the phone. He wants to sign you for a 3 album deal.
good evening what would have said Frank zappa of the ia
Your Logo Here is going to be the best band of 2083 (they're retro)
Interesting - but it's no 'Astral Weeks'.
That was actually better than it sounded
Sounds like bad Zappa imitations.
I never liked Bourbons, are they food at all?
Am I the only one who heard Zeuhl music here?
Could it make Marillion play Astral Weeks?
Gloria Gloom (played by Henry Cow and Soft Machine)
Nah.
Shows how far ahead Zappa was
PAInk Floyd?
That was a HOOT!
Ugh.....
someone should do a mashup of all the corporate backing tracks on every 4th UA-cam video, including that whistling one with a ding-dong piano.
🙈
wtf?
WTF have i just watched?
AIndy Edwards? Get the biscuits out, put yer feet up, feel replaced 😉
Bloody awful!
OMFG
Well…..
Civilization had a nice run…..
It’s over
hardly a joke
Help.
