I was in Paphos about 12 years ago..I absolutely loved it, I was lucky enough to travel around Cyprus. And one thing I can say apart from the wonderful people and exquisite food.....The country is soooo clean, nevermind where I went it was really clean.even the rubbish looked clean. Ihave been to other parts of Cyprus but I find paphos is by far the best place in Cyprus more relaxed and friendly so chilled out with wonderful cafe and bars

Paphos is open all the year round even in winter it does not close.we like to go early and late. Early to us is about April or may and late is October or November. We bought a villa in 2007 near Tala but as we haven't retired yet we can only get there twice a year. But plan on spending a month or two instead of a week or two. ASAP we used to have a villa in Spain but had to sell it as it was always being broken into . We don't have that problem in Paphos . It's a safe place.
