While an open apology was warranted because the offense was public, I feel that the way that he quickly walked away while the lady was still crying almost canceled the apology.

Let me ask a question, where in scriptures when any servants of Adonai Elohim Yeshua HaMessiah Tzav'ot were teaching the word were individuals carrying on in this manner?
Women were not even allowed to speak in the assembly because Adonai Elohim ordained that women be taught at home by the men. Then the women were to teach the young girls how to walk after Adonai Elohim and the men were to teach the young boys how to walk after Adonai Elohim.
Disobedience of the word are the cause of many of the travesties that run rampant about us, mass shootings, serial killers, child molesters, rapes of both men and women, brazen armed robberies, and hate filled violence.
Isaiah 3:12 - 15 speaks on this wise, As for my people children are their oppressors (they set the standards and patterns to follow after), and women rule over them. (Women are telling the servants of Adonai Elohim what should be followed or stood upon though it has absolutely nothing to do with service to Adonai Elohim Yeshua HaMessiah Tzav'ot. An example of this would be a woman telling a servant of Elohim to forsake Adonai Elohim's word in order to honor the desires of their children).
O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of the paths. Adonai Elohim standeth up to plead, and standeth to judge the people. Adonai Elohim will enter into judgement with the ancients of the people of Adonai Elohim, and the princes (kings, presidents, leaders) thereof: for you have eaten up the vineyards (taken the best for yourselves); the spoil of the poor is in your houses (you live lavishly sumptuously off of the labor of others).
What mean ye that ye beat my people to pieces (take from the people and encumber them with foolish burdens that ye yourself would not bear), and grind the face of the poor (degrade them)? Saith Adonai Elohim Yeshua HaMessiah Tzav'ot. Shalom, L'hllel, Amen.
