- In the summer of 2023 I returned to Iceland with the urge to paint as many landscapes as I could. This is the first of five short films about what I saw & painted.

I'm in complete awe of the beauty you have captured, Andrew.
Lovely, Amazing, Spectacular! Loved watching this man
This is a superb way and venture of combining your passion for oil painting while immersing yourself in the magnificence of these fabulous and scenic Icelandic landscapes. You've reached the Holy Grail, IMHO, for sure !
That's a good way to put it - it was definitely a dream come true! Thank you for the kind words 🙏
this is so calming
Everything about this video is just so beautiful. I felt so at peace watching this. You’ve done a great job capturing the beauty of life and nature. Love the work you do, you’re a big inspiration for me on my plein air journey.
Appreciate it Dylan! More to come this summer
You weave beauty so well in everything you do. Beauty breathes deep in this video. You’ve made a remarkable thing. Proud of you.
Thank you Hannah, this means a lot to me 💛
Beautiful pictures and paintings from an extraordinary country. Cool work as usual Andrew!
Thanks Signe, welcome to the US and let me know if you ever pass thru LA!
Absolutely stunning work. Island is already out of this world, but you managed to take it a step further. Everything from the storytelling, to the video editing and aesthetic brought me a kind of peace I had not experienced in a while... My favorite painting is probably Bunárfoss (anything with a field of flowers gets my heart anyways). Keep it up, friend!
Thanks Melina :) you'll have to give me nature recommendations for Japan
