Was noch meine Aufmerksamkeit erweckte, dass Dimash trotz damals noch sein recht junges Alter die ernsthaften Themen zu verstehen schien, wofür man eigentlich Lebenserfahrung braucht. Damals, 2017, die Adagio beim I'm Singer, keine Ahnung, ich hatte das Gefühl gehabt, der Mensch versteht, worüber er singt. Obwohl er noch so jung war. Dann diese Geschichte, über den 15jährigen Dimash, der für sein Auftritt das Lied Daididau wählt. In dem Lied wird über die Liebe und Trennung eines Paars erzählt, wo der Mann, als politischer Gefangener ins Gefängnis geworfen wurde. Dimash's Mama erzählte, seine diese Liedauswahl wunderte sie und sein Vater damals.
