I'll go on record. I love this, but I don't think they will put it into production. If they do, I'll definitely buy one. It would be perhaps their most impressive product to date, maybe ever.
This is such a fantastic video of this piece. Wether it goes into production or not, this video will serve as an awesome archive. Thank you, Danoby, for taking the time to document this piece with such detailed visual clarity and informative narration. I truly do hope Hot Toys does plan to put this ship on preorder so collectors can enjoy it in their own collection rather than it becoming a statement of what could have been.
my thing with the N1 that I don't see anyone talking about is how the droid drops from the bottom in the show, when there is an engine directly below the droid port.
Danoby thanks for the up close look at the fighter. I think it's a 75% chance that they will release it for order, and I have a 65%chance of getting it. Space is my issue, perhaps hanging from the ceiling? Love your content catch your next post later.
they are really crossing the line in temptation for me. first Commander Appo now Din Djarin's N1 Starfighter Mandalorian Custom. I would need that since that's one of my favorite scenes out of the Book of Boba Fett.
I expect Hot Toys will make N1. See the pre order go up right before season 3 of the Mandalorian. $750/800 USA. After this there will be more vehicles coming. Great video
I get that they yellow is supposed to remind us its a naboo starfighter, but it bothers me. Did he just decide to add a streak of yellow smeared paint to allude to its original paint color, or did he rub away the new paint to expose the body underneath? One of the coolest ships in a long time with these modifications. It just feels a bit too much like the story telling in the paint job wasn't thought out beyond lets add some color from the original ship. Would've much rather seen some text and mythosaur motifs instead.
Haha you're so into it, but couldn't even bear to sit through another episode of the show? My advice is just watch episode 5. (it's actually an essential episode of the Mandalorian that some producer decided they needed to randomly insert into the Book of Boba so we'd have to watch.) Book of Boba wasn't the best of Star Wars, but if these kinds of art designs excite you, there's a LOT of cool creatures and scenery and vehicles (aside from the power ranger colored moped bikes).
@@Danoby2 Sure, but episodes 5 and 6 and 7 of Boba are actually the story of Din Djarin and Grogu continued. Boba's not even in 5 and 6 lol. People who missed those key plot points will be confused starting season 3 of Mando with Din and Grogu somehow back together on a quest to find some sacred waters... And the construction of the Naboo ship is just pretty great
Fantastic Detailed Video @Danoby2 ,, i am told it will be made ( how many made and how much is TBD ) and the way to get Mando inside it is the entire bottom engine drops down/ comes off to sit Mando inside his cockpit then you put the lower engine back up into place ,, the wings and engines come off also ,, Thank You Howard Chan @HotToysCollectibles for making amazing Star Wars 1/6 figures AND Vehicles that Collectors are READY to Buy ... #N1StarfighterDOPO
If they build this I hope they dont use the same rubbery plastic they used on the older N1 Naboo starfighter. The pointy end pieces just dont keep their shape. Just horrible. If this goes for under $1000 at 1:6 scale, Im going to order one.

The cost is prohibitive...
I'm only going to pay for this with Disney Money.. it has Scrooge mcduck's picture.
Great video! Appreciate the hard work you did to document the show in high detail for us all
Thanks for doing what you do and sharing this awesome footage. Amazing video! And DOPO

Great video Danoby. Hope you can get one like this for the Hot Toys Delorean if it is there.
Thanks for all of the con footage @danoby2

This looks phenomenal and great footage Danoby! This piece looks far better than anything any of those cheap ass 3rd party companies could put out 😝
I hope if they do make it, they make the make the paint job a little more like metal. It just looks like shades of greyish/silver.
its a must have for mando the future leader of mandalore

Hot Toys 1/6 Falcon cockpit, Tie Fighter, X-Wing or even an Snowspeeder would be sweet.
Love it
How come the fans do not spin like on the video of this.
If they make it I will 100% buy it.
And meanwhile Hasbro cannot make a Haslab for 1:12 scale.

The ship is coming home, been digging it's appearance in Mando Season 3. No need to sit through BOBF to appreciate it.😉

I have a very weird feeling this will actually make it into production.
When it's over $100! Or even close to $100.00 it is no longer a toy.
Clearly you haven't experienced buying $100 action figures.🫤
No way Are they going to sell this for under $1,000.
IF = Never gonna happen
I've seen resin prints that look better and cheaper.
