Sir, The last year cutoff marks in govt colleges during round 2 is 602 (Govt Vellore Medical College) for OC and 556 (Govt Nagapattinam Medical College) for BC category. I think the cut off at R2 is more realistic.

This is unfair. But I felt this may come. I taught alpha, beta, decay and solved problems in class and included such questions in our model exam.
But the goddess Saraswati did not open my eyes about rotational motion !!
