Absolutely loved this! The Hand to Hand combat is really useful and is what you would see with Krav Mag and military hand to hand combat. The Weapon take downs and using your weapon to disrupt the opponents movements and mobility. Loved this video so much!
Vikings were not jacked strong men who lifted, they were pretty much just regular warriors like Spartans, but more barbaric in their ways, a real viking has to be murdered in order to feast with Odin in Valhalla
Another thing that's really just nit picking, you can't say that Spartans were just regular, their majority culture was based around battle readiness and strength etc... You should read up on both cultures their really neat (for the most part)

My adoptive family had German and Norwegian ancestory, idk how fat back on the Norwegian side, but my mom is third generation I belive, and I can see is even more watching this and Vikings lol!
