Yeah, he "epitomizes family business" by totally disowning his older, troubled brother instead of getting him help. He takes after his cold-hearted father, who made his brother, at what, 5 years old, wake up and go outside to see his mother commit suicide by jumping off their roof, then completely bailing on his son, ignoring warnings from psychiatrists, teachers, EVERYONE that told him that Bob was a troubled kid, possibly schizophrenic, just like his mother, at age 12 or 13. That's how the Durst family "epitomizes family business", by being cold-hearted, ignoring your family member's mental illness (which you helped to either cause, or at least feed), and then taking his birthright away from him because he was crazy. I don't completely blame Bob Durst for what he has done, not even close. He was raised by a powerful, billionaire father who was never around and was embarrassed of his sensitive, emotional, and disturbed son, and was thought to be inferior to his younger brother who took after daddy. Bob Durst truly was the"poor little rich boy". Ignoring problems doesn't make them go away, and in this case people died because of it.
